Description of Work: Overall a positive experience. Daily clean-up was less than optimal, but excellent quality of craftsmanship, and also a very responsive staff.

Description of Work: Gave a partial quote. She could not get out of here fast enough. I asked about any Angie's discounts or any others, she didn't know anything about the discounts but would get back to me. She never did. She had 1 board of shingles to show said she left the others in her garage had no time to get them and would bring them later.She never did. That one still sits right here never even wanted it back. She gave no info on any payment plans. when the work could be done, or if there were any other options than the one she quoted. She was here about 5 min. and couldn't wait to run out the door I guess she had better things to do.

Description of Work: It was a special to inspect and repair roof leaks. The service person was attentive, honest, and helpful. I know I need a new roof, but for now I cannot. No high pressure sales and no low balling me trying to convince me to commit to a new roof (which I cannot afford right now). Provided me with a competitive quote, and made a lot of leaks go away. This IS the company that will get the job when I decide to proceed with the process of getting a new roof. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing for all your roofing needs. I really cannot recommend them highly enough!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $167 Roof Maintenance Package. That turned out okay. They came out and gave me an estimate for a new roof and then they left. I thought I was getting a roof maintenance, but they were very nice and professional.

Description of Work: Craig was punctual and very informative. We purchased the roof maintenance package. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic and spent time answering all my questions and giving a great explanation of what needed to be done. I had a much better understanding of the status of our roof after talking with Craig. We did not have the roof replaced by Pyramid Roofing as we wanted to get several other estimates.

Description of Work: This company was to my house twice. Office staff were very courteous and professional in helping me make the right decision in obtaining services from them. My roof was inspected, caulking and other minor repairs were made and gutters cleaned the first occasion. An estimate was given for roof repairs on a different date and roof repairs were completed quickly. I went with this company based on Angie's List postings and did not get second estimates, therefore I feel unable to judge on price. They responded quickly to all of my calls and the service was completed in a timely manner. Since I know nothing of roofing, I cannot judge quality of workmanship, but overall I would use Pyramid Roofing again in the future.

Description of Work: We are going through the process of selling our home and needed 2 shingles replaced on our roof. Pyramid sent someone out the same day to do their roof maintenance package and gave me a quote to come out and replace the 2 shingles and they said we also needed a new collar due to corrosion and 20' of capped shingles replaced on one of the peaks of our roof. Price was reasonable ($703) and the maintenance package was around $160, I believe. In my opinion, not a whole lot was done for the $160 maintenance package. However, I was pleased with the price for the other work ($700). The office staff, Christy, in particular, was highly responsive and friendly, and she got someone out the same day for the maintenance. I was slightly disappointed that they did not come back to perform the rest of the work (the actual repairs) when I was told they would (Monday or Tuesday). They did however come on Wednesday morning and were punctual and professional. Overall a very good experience.

Description of Work: They made repairs to the flashing to stop the roof from leaking where the roof from the addition attached to the main house. They also replaced a small portion of the roof shingles. The work was completed timely and they came out sooner than I expected which was great. The techs were very nice and professional. There were 2 issues however, 1, the work was started on the opposite side of the roof from where the leak was. I noticed they were working on the other side and asked them if they were repairing the whole roof line where it meets the main house. When they checked the work order, it only showed 1 side. The leaking part was on the other side of the roof and that was not on their work order. Once they spoke to the estimator he confirmed the work was supposed to be on the other side, they actually did the whole thing and did not charge me extra which is what I would have expected. It did take an extra day because they had to get more supplies to finish. They did cover the main leaking area with a tarp per my request because there was a good chance we were getting more rain that evening and I did not want more water to leak through the ceiling. The tarp was effective as it did rain heavily that evening and no water came in. The other issue was they charge an extra 3% for credit card payments. I don't like that but they do tell you upfront. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. It did seem like the price was a little high, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. We have had several heavy storms and the hurricane blew though with no leaking at all. The office person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them and I will use them again for roofing needs.
