Pyramid Roofing is Hampton Roads Most Trusted Roofing Company since 1986. We proudly serve the Greater Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Middle Peninsula, and Virginia Beach areas. We specialize in residential roofing replacement and repairs, but also install new gutters, attic insulation, and solar PV systems. We are a Class A Contractor and proud member of the BBB. Description of Work: Pyramid replaced my roof. When an unexpected rain came, they were unable to cover the roof in time to avoid water damage to several ceiling areas in the house. They replaced the insulation that had gotten wet, and arranged for a painter to paint the ceilings that were stained with water. Even with this, they worked to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. They took full responsibility and made sure all repairs were made right.

Description of Work: The $59 roof inspection with minor repair work went well. Since it was too cold to re-roof the upstairs bathroom, we agreed to get back min touch later, in the spring. I made email contact and told Donnie we had decided to get the work done (April I think)he returned my email and said he would call to set something up. Last I heard from them. We got someone else to do the work for about the same price. My feelings are, I am the customer and I do not have time to chase down someone to get work done. We also thought because of the rough winter they were probably really busy. By the middle of May I found someone else to make the repairs.

I got with Donnie and he forwarded me a string of 4 emails where you all went back and forth with the proposal, financing, acceptance of the proposal, etc. Both sides agreed to do the work. We are never too busy to take on additional work. We certainly wanted to help you. Possibly there was a voice message that was not received. Really, we are just not sure what happened. Description of Work: Some shingles (8-10) blew off in one of the winter storms and needed to be replaced on a steep roof. They did a good job, once the snow and ice was gone. New shingles are a good match for the existing ones.
