Description of Work: Replaced 4 vent boots on roof. 2 required replacing plywood & shingles due to leaks that had started to rot. Replaced shingles match, work is quality. Gentleman that showed up was professional and courteous. All A's with exception of price. They were on the average for price (not too high not too low...thus a C).

Description of Work: They replaced one sheet of damaged plywood on the roof, installed felt under layer and reshingled. They also replaced a missing shingle on another part of the roof. |I have used them for years now and they come out yearly --or whenever needed--to inspect the roof. They are terrific. I am thrilled to have them work on the house, they are prompt, pleasant, professional, and polite and I trust them.

Description of Work: They backtracked a ceiling leak in my loft to a roof leak apparently caused when a previously-plugged nail-pop came loose. He completed a multi-point check of the roof and discovered more rotted boards in the front porch roof. He explained the damage (with photos), then drew up a proposal and step-by-step details on how it would be repaired. The crew was prompt, courteous and thorough. They told me when an additional section of the porch roof proved to be rotten and had the office contact me to authorize the work. I was very happy with the work performed and the personnel, and the job came in as quoted.

Description of Work: Empire installed and complete roof and made substantial needed repairs on our 2800 Square foot house. It was not easy since the roof is steep and has many facets. They managed to complete the job promptly in spite of a rain delay. |The work was well planned and addressed our needs and wishes. The job went without a hitch (that we were aware of) and there were no surprises. The workers were very professional and left the job site clean after completion. |We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our new roof.
