There were no problems with replacement.

Everything was great. Talked to Holly about our needs and we set up an appointment. They email you a picture of the technician coming to your home. They fixed the problem, checked the entire roof inside and outside for any issues, and fixed any little things before they could become bigger problems. Craig was our technician and he was very professional and nice. He explained everything he did, the status of our roof based on it's age, and what we should expect going forward. I will definitely call them if we ever have any problems again.

I called a couple of places and either the person I needed to speak with never returned my call or no one answered the phone. When Pyramid answered the phone it was "Pyramid Roofing, this is Anita and I can help" I knew this company felt customer service was important. When Donnie came to give me an estimate. I was further impressed. No high pressure. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and willing answer my many questions honestly. OMGosh when the team showed up to replace the roof they rolled in @ 7:30 and rolled out @ 4:00 completely finished. They worked at a steady pace and did and excellent job. Completely cleaning up when they were finished. I would recommend this company to friends and family alike. In fact I have. My daughter is getting her roof replaced by Pyramid and so is several neighbors. Based on the work they did here. These guys and gals are awesome.

Very good price for roof and gutters. Had a few issues with the crews showing up when we were told they would be here. It took longer than originally told. Our roof we were told a day or two and ended up being four days. But it was due to a ustiner from the previous week complaining and they had to return to that house in the middle of working on mine. It would not have been a problem had they just communicated that. We were told they would be here then no one showed up and we received phone calls late in the afternoon informing us it would be another day. In the end the work was great and very happy with the results.

roof looks great....they arrived early and completed the job in one day and did a thorough clean up....only hiccup was a roofing nail punctured an a/c freon line in the attic which was unavoidable

Called to request a check of our roof for missing shingles/overall status. Christy got me scheduled for the next day with Craig (timing is everything). Craig arrived early, made his assessment and performed minor repairs on the spot. Cost was minimized because Pyramid Roofing advised me to buy a pack of shingles ahead of time so that Craig, or someone else did not have to return if an easy fix. They earned super respect for that customer service. Christy and Craig were both very professional and helpful. We will call them first when I need the roof replaced.

Great, the roof was in pretty bad shape. They had to replace a lot of boards. Minor problems after the job was done but they were prompt to get back and fix it. No problems ever since. I'm very happy with their service.

Craig from Pyramid Roofing came out to our home. He was a few minutes early. He put his shoe covers on when he came into our home. I showed him the staining in the bedroom ceiling and took him into my attic to show him where the water was leaking through the roof into my attic. He went out to his truck, got the tools he thought he would need, and his ladder. He inspected my roof and filled out a 17 attribute evaluation form. He provided me a good evaluation of my Roofing system and recommendations. He was at my house for a total of 1.5 hours. You can tell that Craig is very knowledgeable about roofing and he has a lot of experience. He ended up having to repair/replace 2 bad pipe collars.

Excellent experience. Appointment was arranged quickly; they emailed me in advance a photo with name and contact info for the technician. Very punctual and very professional. Inspection showed roof needed more than 'minor' caulking (not a surprise to me). All maintenance was completed at no extra cost even though Donnie had to run to Lowes for more material. He took pictures of each area before and after his maintenance for my records. Will definitely look into working with Pyramid again on skylight replacement and new roof.

Great. There was a piece of drywall near are skylight that was peeling. Came back next day after I called to fix it.

The repair went well. The roofers were professional. The estimator came out promptly, Only issue I had was scheduling. This may be the nature of roofing repairs, weather and a small job, Once I sent in the deposit and it cleared I had to call to find out the schedule and they said they were about two weeks out in scheduling and about two weeks later thay called in the afternoon and said they would be there morning,

all ok no problems found set for another year

Did not use. Got a refund for the money as the Angie's List Deal was not what we needed. The rating should be ignored as we never used this company.

Craig was great. Showed up on time, did the repairs, and gave me a good report.

They did a great job with removing old roof and replacing it with new roof. They made suggestions of work that needed to be done around the chimney to prevent it from leaking. They replaced the gutters. The foreman was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up the area on the second day after they finished the job. The only problem I had was that they did not clean up the rusty nails from my back deck after the first day and I stepped on one resulting in my having to get a tetanus shot. Overall they did an excellent job.

Great! Their service was excellent! The technician was on-time/early by a few minutes. They sent a nice photo/bio prior to his arrival. He got on the roof, (I've heard of many ground-assessments from roofing companies) and inspected it thoroughly. Once there, he took lots of photos of every bit of damage, potential damage and made note of any concerns. He sealed around all of my vents, my satellite dish, drove in a few loose nails and added some additional sealant. He even alerted me to a couple of home issues that he didn't have to and took pictures for me of those as well. Oh, and he cleared out a little clog in my gutter as a bonus. Once done, he sat me down with the ipad, showed all of the photos, provided an overview of my roof health, an estimation of it's remaining life, and an estimate for fixing the issues he found. Most importantly to me, with the new knowledge of the roof's remaining years, and the minor repairs, he gave me an honest answer to the question - if this was your house, would you take care of this stuff in five years when you need a new roof, or spend $3k to address it now. His answer - I'd hold off, it's not critical and you're going to need the whole thing fairly soon anyway. I will definitely call Pyramid when the time comes to replace the roof. I've had so many terrible experiences with contractors - more often than not really, it was a real treat to have a good one for a change.

Did not get an estimate as they charge $79 to come out and look. Very disappointing

Very polite and professional. Initially the leak was diagnosed as being due to a loose collar around a pipe in the roof. They repaired this promptly. However, 2-3 days later it rained heavily and the roof leaked once again. I called to let them know and they promptly sent someone else out to diagnose again. This time they performed repairs (shingles, etc) in a nearby part of the roof where water was getting through (said something about my roof not having salt paper on it when it was put on, so I guess it was done badly for the previous owners). After these repairs were done, I noticed there was a small hole in the drywall in my kitchen beneath the area they worked on, so again I called to let them know. They apologized and promptly sent out someone to repair the drywall. The hole they had made was really rather small, but the repair man also repaired the adjacent area of drywall that had been damaged by the leaking water from the initial leak. I was impressed as I did not expect that to be part of the deal (we had never talked about repairing the drywall inside my home). Now my leak is fixed and my ceiling looks great! This was all done at no additional charge, just the amount they quoted for the initial pipe-fitting fix. It might sound like I had some bumps in the road but I was very pleased with their willingness to address the problems and also the politeness and professionalism of their staff. Oh, they also did a complete roof assessment and although my roof is about 17 yrs old they did not pressure me to put on a new roof yet and said I had a few years left in it. I definitely plan on hiring them when my roof ultimately needs to be replaced.

Had a sales rep come out and gave me a quote to replace my roof, after talking it over with my wife because she was at work and they only schedule appointments till 4pm and don't do appointments on Saturday. she had a few questions on the work to be done and the financing. I called there office and asked to have the sales rep give me a call we had questions its been three days no call? even by chance I missed his call I would think he would leave a voice mail so I new he called. I am not in habit of chasing a company to work for me. if they won't return my call now what is it going to like if I have a leak? think about it....

Everything went great! Victor showed up as scheduled - on each of three visits - and spent a significant amount of time inspecting the roof, replacing the pipe collars, and explaining his findings and recommendations. I plan on calling them back when I'll eventually need my roof replaced and would highly recommend to others.

Went very well. They emailed to confirm the appointment 2 days in advance, including a picture of the technician and a short biography of his credentials. Nice touch and improves safety. Victor the Technician was right on time. He inspected the roof, did a little caulking, and looked for potential areas for the leak. He said the roof was in excellent condition and the leak was probably coming from a gap between the siding and the window right above the leak. Recommended having it caulked. He made a couple of other suggestions that had nothing to do with the roof. He didn't try to sell me anything and even said there were several years of life in a chimney cap that a fireplace technician said I should replace.
