Came to home for estimate on time. Price was as expected. Repairs were completed the following week as planned. Job was completed and area cleaned up. All is good.

They did a great job. I'm very pleased with them. They had to get out there fast to at least cover it because there was more rain coming and they did. They were very concerned and made sure they got out there so that we won't get additional damage. The service and the work were both excellent.

Pyramid Roofing did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again myself.

Perfectly - water shields were installed, cricket roof covered with membrane, and new shingles used to complete the repair.

They got the came and got the job done in one day and they cleaned everything up around the parameters. They did warn us that they may have not gotten all of the nails out of the flowerbeds, which is really not a problem. They did a minor repair under our gutters and they did not charge me for that. The price that they quoted us is what we paid for the roof. There were no extra charges, surprises, or anything. They got the roof done when we needed it done and it was timely. I would definitely refer them to someone else. They were the best price for what they gave us. We had a textured roof, which is a step up from the basic. The roof looks fantastic. We had some questions about the alignment in one area and so they came, fixed it, and made it perfect. There was not a problem. They did what they said they would. The pricing was reasonable. The person that represented the company was very professional. I could not communicate with the people doing the work, because they did not speak English. They were not unprofessional and I would use them again.

They were courteous, professional, got the job done really fast, and the price was very fair. The workers were great; professional and courteous.

The whole experience was exceptional. They used a brand shingle I wanted. Were not pushy. Had addresses of other homes or businesses w/ similar color shingles to help me decide. Price was a bit higher than others but they were not using or offering the same guarantee or product.

From start to finish this has been one of the best experiences working with a contractor I have ever had! Professionals in every sense of the word! They know what customer service means! I called for an estimate and the estimator Donnie arrived at my home early to take a look at my roof so he could have an estimate ready when I got home. That, to me, was a first step in the right direction. I had other roofers come to my home and literally stay for 3 hours! While some may like this "show me every conceivable thing about my roof" approach, I just wanted an estimate and to go over the details of it. I didn't need them to be a salesman for thier company and I most asuradly don't respond to pressure sales!! Two companies got visibly angry when I wasn't going to agree to thier contract right then. Donnie answered every question I had and he also had samples of everything that I was asking about which made it a lot easier for me to understand what he was talking about. I wasn't familar with one type of vent he was referring to. He had a sample. He went over other options for venting my roof because I don't have soffit vent's on my home. I agreed to the contract a few days later and Donnie came back to my home to go over the details of it and to collect payment for half of the job. I told him that I had relatives goming into town in a week and asked if they could get it done by then, he said he thought they could depending on the weather. He contacted me a few days later and asked if would be ok if they came out and got started (we were dodging the weather), I tolf him to go ahead. I was at work but I took off when he said they were going to be starting. When I showed up at my home there were about 6-8 guys on my roof, tarps all around the perimeter of my home and a debri container in my driveway. A few minutes after geting home Justin (Job site Inspector) showed up and asked me how I thought the job was going and did I have any questions about anything. He stayed on site the entire time they were putting my roof on and repeatedly asked if I had any questions and provided the crew on my roof with anything they needed. I even had a section of my home that I had to remove a small porch from and it left a section that had no viny siding on it. My home is old and I had not been able to find the siding anywhere. He made a few phone calls and found the exact same siding for me and even offered to go and pick it up!!! I was thinking to myself "companies just don't do this kind of stuff anymore." I was very pleasently surprised! This spoke volumes to me about this company. I don't have a $400,000 home. My home is 50 years old and small. Justin said that they treat everyone the same, the value of the property doesn't matter. When I had arrived home from work they had torn off the old shingles and had begun laying down felt. They had one guy (Hector) who was dedicated to nothing but cleaning up. He walked my home CONTINUOUSLY during the whole roof job. I HAVEN'T FOUND A SINGLE NAIL IN MY YARD! The roof crew worked with precision and speed. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. There were no short cuts. The lead roofer on the job has been doing this for 25 plus years he said, and it showed! He and his crew did a fantastic job! I know this because I had a very bad experience with a roofer in Virginia Beach a few years ago and I learned a lot about roofing because I was left with no option but to take him to court. My point is that I know my roof is installed per manufacturers specs. After the roof crew was done with the roof (it was over 90 degrees out) they all came down from the roof and started cleaning up. ALL of them walked my yard and the perimiter of my home looking for debris. I actually started sweeping in front of my door because I can't sit still but the crew asked me to stop because they were going to do that. I just can't say enough good things about this company and the crew that was on my home. I wish that I had all of thier names so that I could call them out by name. I did shake each one of thier hands when they were done, they did a great job and I wanted them to know that. When they were completely finished they stacked up the leftover roofing materials on the edge of my driveway (they asked me where I would like it) and the next day an inspector (Justin) came back out and loooked at the site and my roof again and removed the leftover materials. Justin and the lead roofer both commented that the owner takes care of his employees. It shows! When you have happy employees, they will do great work!

They worked well and fast. It started to sprinkle just after they removed all the old shingles so they stayed on the roof to put up the tar paper in the rain to protect my house. It was suppose to be a 1-day job but because of they rain they all came back the next day and finished the job. They were professional and courteous the whole while. They also trimmed some of my trees that could have threatened my roof/house in a storm at no extra cost. The only issues I had was the workers did not initially take away the tree branches they had to cut and they did not inform me or the foreman that they blew one of my outside electrical plugs. I discovered that by accident. The good news is once I contacted the company they sent out a person that completely repaired and replaced the plug.

Awesome service, above and beyond our expectations! We had 3 water leaks in our roof and one leak had caused some ceiling damage. This company was recommended to us by our realtor, and we are glad we followed her advice. Made an appointment online and received a call promptly the next day to schedule an evaluation - Donny advised us that we needed a new roof (no surprise to us as we had loss of shingles after a hurricane) and advised us to call our insurance. Turns out that the insurance covered about 75% of the cost of the roof, so it was a good call on his part and saved us money. Even better, they called several days earlier than they were scheduled and asked if they could do the work in advance of the coming tropical storm Andrea. Again, we were glad they did as it saved us further damage to our house. They even called in a guy to fix the mortar in our chimney and that was included in the price. The roof work was finished in several hours by a crew of about 6 and they collected all of the debris and nails. The next day they came to do some finishing work and the work on the mortar, and that was it. Very professional and efficient service, I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors.

It was very good. We had 5 leaks. All leaks have been stopped and the roof looks great! We are very happy. The people were very nice and they cleaned up the yard very nicely, as well. There's no mess left whatsoever. It was excellent!

Superbly. We were referred to this company by a friend and immediately checked Angie's List. We were very please with the work that was accomplished.

Provider showed up when scheduled and completed the installation within a few hours. The turbine vents have been operational now for a few years...no problems. They were installed properly.

I called this company to get a quote on my replacement roof. Donnie, one of their top salespeople was quick to respond to my call and was very informative. He came out and measured my roof - got on it and actually really looked it over unlike some of the other companies I had called. Donnie was very nice, and took a lot of time with me. His quote was pretty high compared to others I did receive. He made good rationale for why it was higher - I give him credit for this. He also did go to his boss to see if he could work with me a bit on price and did all he could to this end. I ended up going with another top rated Angies List provider that met all of my needs. if you are not concerned about price, I feel as thought this company would provide good service. Very nice salesperson.

Bottom line: Excellent experience from start to finish. Pyramid was a little more expensive but the quality of the work and the warranty make that price difference well worth it. My neighbors have all said the roof looks great! Obtained three estimates, Donnie from Pyramid was only one to actually go up on the roof for a good inspection. I wanted to use energy efficient "Cool-series" from GAF and I provided estimates for both regular and the energy efficient shingles to help my decision. Also wanted to increase ventilation over my sunroom addition (no soffit vents) and add ventilation to the knee wall storage areas on both side of my room over the garage. Donnie was only estimator to provide a solution, the Smart Vent system, for what I wanted to accomplish there. The Smart Vent product was installed to function as air intake on the sunroom roof and to function as air exhaust on the garage roof where there are soffit vents but no means for air flow due insulation without baffles. There was a delay in getting the specific shingle I wanted because it had to be shipped from CA but I was immediately made aware of the situation and offered alternatives if I didn't want to wait. Once the desired product arrived Pyramid scheduled the job when I wanted it to be done. It was a 2-day job (Cape Cod style home) that began with a 'pre-construction meeting' with the roofing crew to ensure they knew what I wanted done with the Smart Vent over the garage, this was unique, and with the rest of the house. The crew did a good job protecting the house, gutters, bushes, etc. while removing the old shingles and also cleaning up afterward. After the job, the Pyramid foreman Justin did a final walk around and also checked the yard again for nails. He explained the lifetime warranty, the transfer to a new owner within 10 years process, and answered all my questions well. I even got a call from the company President the next day asking me how the job went, how the crew performed, etc. One note on the shingles: the color change gradiant, the fade from a dark to a lighter color, on the GAF products is more gradual than the Certaineed products. It looks great on a roof. I'll try to update this review with a note about the energy efficiency as the weather gets hotter.

Pyramid had repaired a small bump-out roof for us in 2012, bur we continued to have a leak during bad storms. The problem turned out to be the masonry on our brick home and not the roof. After having the masonry work completed, Pyramid came out and re-accomplished the previous work at no charge. They also referred us to the mason who did excellent work to fix our underlying problem. I highly recommend Pyramid -- they live up to their warranty and quality.

We are satisfied with the gutters and the work. We were a little worried about some of the nails left around the yard, but they were nice enough to let us borrow the magnet to search for any nails left over. They were very accomadating about helping us.

I felt like they did a professional job, however, I'm not sure about the price. Seems expensive, but I know very little about thisl.

Once they did the job the end result was very good. At all times when personnel were on the job they were professional.

From the first call for an estimate, to a prompt response by the salesperson/inspector to the timely completion of the work, this company was a pleasure to work with. When it comes to something serious like roofing leaks, I insist on quality and professionalism, as well as courtesy. This company delivers!

Other roofing companys serviced the problem yet, a leak persisted. Pyramid roofing professionals in one visit - a full days work for 2 mern - solved our problem. It seems that the prious roofing contractor had cut the flashing to meet the surface of the membrane and mis-measured as the flashing resulting from expansion and contraction, over time, actually cut into the membrane. Hence new leak!! Different place, UGH!! The techs from Pyramid Roofing explained what they intended to do and did it! Fortunately, there were no surprises like rotten wood. They worked steadily - no time spent on the cell phone and cleaned up after themselves. They were top-drawer techs and have my highest recommendation.
