Cudos to Justin for his professionalism and ability to perform the entire job even while working with a cast on his arm. Justin took the time to discuss all the available options and allowed me to inspect his work during and after the project was complete. I will definitely use this company again. Should also mention how professional Craig was on the day he came out and provided an estimate. He also walked me through many aspects of the job so I wouldn't have any surprises. Between the two, I'm convinced Pyramid Roofing maintains high standards for it's employees.

Everything went extremely well. The roofer arrived on time and finished the work in an extremely timely manner. My husband was very impressed with the work and relieved that the repair cost was very reasonable. We would definitely call them again if needed.

The first fan they installed was too loud. They came back and put a better fan in, and didn’t charge us any extra. They were very personable and they did a good job explaining what they were doing. They seemed very knowledgeable about attic ventilation. The technician was very friendly and pleasant. They also cleaned up everything very well.

Donnie showed up exactly at the time we arranged, looked at the leak in the ceiling, went out on the roof, and located and fixed the probable source. Additionally, he caulked several other areas in danger of leaking. His work was swift and effective, and he was extremely personable. Additionally, he did not charge for this service, and we will definitely contact the company again when we have the resources to re-shingle the part of roof on which he worked.

Roof sheathing rotted within 12 years. Shingles were Elk and warranted for 30 years. Garbage quality. Job performed improperly. Do no use. Shoddy workmanship. If the flashing and shingles were properly installed the sheathing would not have rotted. Does not stand behind their sub standard, overpriced work. House is only 22 years old. Prior home has it original sheathing and tin roof at 143 years and still going since the work was performed properly by a skilled craftsman.

I purchased the Big Deal for a roof inspection after researching other roofing companies and getting quotes for a basic inspection. We made contact within 24hrs and made an appointment for that same week. Craig arrived on time. We discussed the areas of my concern on our 11 year old roof. He performed a full attic and then roof inspection including on our porches and bays. While he was inspecting the roof he sealed some exposed nail heads and pump jack holes while he was up there. He also realigned and anchored our stack (our plumber had not done it properly when replacing our hot water tanks 3 years ago and the wind finally shifted it out of place). He then went back in the attic to make sure his adjustments to the stack did not effect the hot water tank. He showed me where the plumbers had made their mistakes (which the plumbing company did come to correct at their own expense). It was an excellent experience using this company. Craig was punctual and professional. I will be calling them if any roofing issues arise in the future.

Pyramid Roofing did an excellent job. All work was completed in one day, and the technicians were very nice to work with. The new shingles are a perfect match and the gutters look great! From initial contact with the company, to site clean up at the end of the job, Pyramid was great! Highly recommend this great team!!!!!

This contractor was on time and highly professional. All agreed upon work was accomplished in a very timely manner and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Pyramid to Angie's List readers. The inspection included minor debris removal from our roof, as well as the identification of all potential issues with our roof and attic. The technician from the company was very helpful and answered our questions to the fullest. We have future repair required for our attic and will be contacting Pyramid for the work.

While he was up there he found two spots that were leaking and fixed them, repaired part of the gutter that was loose and cleaned them out. He was also very honest about the condition of the roof. He could have said a horror story about how bad it was just to scare us into buying a new roof. He didn't and gave us a timeframe of when it might need replaced (7-10 years). The guy was on time, well dressed and very polite. I saved his card so we will definitely use them the next time we need them.

Pyramids technician Mike Goff was on time, on point and provided outstanding service. He throughly explained the root of my problem, showing me the how and why of my leak and gave me a range of repair options to choose from. He truly made me feel like I was the only customer he had to service that day and took the time to answer every question. I am not quite ready for a full repair, but now that I am armed with information, I can make better informed choices. Plus, they have the best business cards I have ever seen! Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service provided my Pyramid Roofing. Our previous roof had not been properly installed and had started leaking after only 10 years. We contacted Pyramid and their representative Donnie set up an immediate appointment. He is very professional and courteous. Donnie continued to be involved throughout the entire 3 day roofing process and ensured we were satisfied with the results. We also had another member of their Team, David, who oversaw daily operations. The Pyramid six member roofing crew were excellent. We would definitely recommend Pyramid Roofing!

Donnie was the salesperson that came and gave me a quote to have my roof replaced and he worked with me throughout the entire process. He was always polite, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I emailed the company right after my first contact with Donnie because I had a couple of questions and, since Donnie was on vacation, I heard from Dan Worstell, the owner of the company, on the 4th of July no less! He also was very polite and either answered my questions or assured me that Donnie would follow up when he returned from vacation. They were scheduled to replace my roof on Wednesday, 8/28, but we were rained out. The roofers arrived, earlier than expected, on Thursday, 8/29 (waited in driveway without disturbing me until I went out and spoke to them). The roofers and Donnie were all very professional while they were at my house and did a fantastic job on my roof. I have the middle unit in a three unit building and our roofs do not have any clean breaks between each unit which made it more challenging on how to replace just my roof. They completed the roof in one day and cleaned up all trash and debris so my yard is probably cleaner now than it was before they got there. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out okay. They gave me some good information and I’m not sure that everything is good with my roof. They were prompt and on time. They were very polite and thorough. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Donny showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. I had contracted through Angies List for an assessment of my roof. He went on the roof with caulk and examined the entire roof, glueing down any loose shingle tabs. On conclusion Donnie assessed my roof as in good shape with the exception of the five vent pipe collars, which I suspected were bad. He provided an on-the-spot estimate to replace the collars. I was happy with the experience with Pyramid Roofing and I would consider them for roof replacement when the time comes.

It was a very hot day. The technician needed help holding the ladder to get on roof. He did minor patching around my vent pipes where I believe I was getting leaks. He did a missing shingle count and provided a fair estimate to repair roof.

They saved me a lot of money by fixing the leaks that I did not know I had.

I was very impressed. First they rescheduled my appointment with no issues (my daughter is epileptic and had a seizure the day of the inspection but they left a nice note stating they had come by). I called them up and they were very nice, very responsive, and even offered their prayers up for my daughter. The day of the inspection they were here 20 min early. Imagine that, early. WHO SHOWS UP EARLY ANYMORE??? Well, they did. That impressed me a ton. I forgot the name of the man who came here but he listened to my concerns about possible water damage and went right to work. Found out that the water damage was before we bought the house and more than likely before the roof was replaced. The roof had been replaced a few years before we bought the house. He cleaned off the chimney, noted some issues that would need attention but noted that there was time on those repairs. IMAGINE THAT, OFFERING INFORMATION WITHOUT TRYING TO UPSELL YOU IMMEDIATELY. Even gave me a pointer on how to do it myself if I wanted to try it. Inspected the attic and noted that everything inside looked okay in there as well. It is inspiring to think that there are still businesses around that will help you, give you pointers, not pressure you, and early to boot.
