I needed some repairs done on my roof and figured why not have an inspection done to see if there was anything else that needed to be taken care of. The inspector that showed up was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection of all areas of my roof to include a multi-peaked pitched roof and two flat roofs and the carport. He was very honest about what needed to be replaced and what did not. He wrote up a cost estimate to replace the surface of both my flat roofs. We ended up having them do that work as well (I will not disclose that price because it is not fair to them for future bids). The workers that showed up were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The cost was slightly over what was quoted but that was due to the replacement of some boards on the roof. Overall I was very pleased with the service they provided and have recommended them to multiple friends that are having roof work done. I will definitely be using them when I need my shingles replaced in a few years.

After approx.3 attempts to correct a new skylight installation another skylight was ordered to replace. Water stain to window panel inside from the result of 3 attempts. All in all they did finally make everything good except for the panel water stains.. They try their best to make things right .

Pyramid coordinated an appointment to examine the roof and assess damage and needed repairs. We reside in another state, so it was critical that the administrative effort was professionally handled. The work was reviewed on our behalf and ultimately approved by the homeowner's association. We are well pleased with the finished product and recommend Pyramid to others requiring roof work.

We have had them come out for us a couple of times. They performed a very good service. They are on time. They know that they do. We had a roof put on a property that we own and there is a foreman who is on the job the whole time. They inspected our roof very well, answered my questions and I was pleased.

Estimator impressed me with potential value of long-term guarantee as well as committment to clean up which seem worth fact that this price was significantly higher bid. Clean up was less than perfect and gutter work was contracted out but a small adjustment was made on final price.

Company was great! Called quickly and very professional. Craig came out and performed a roof inspection, including going into the attic and looking at the underneath. Craig caulked all areas that needed it and was very professional and on time. Woill use them again if a roofing issues arises.

Work was going along well then no one showed up to finish the job for several days and no one called. We called estimator and they followed up right away and work resumed, Facia board was broken by workers when gutters were removed....they were going to caulk and paint board instead of replacing which was unacceptable...supervisor agreed and facia board was replaced.

Craig showed up on time and did a very professional job of inspecting the roof, cleaning the gutters, sealing an area around a vent fan, and explaining to me the condition of my roof. I was impressed and booked them again to do the inspection next year.

Absolutely top-notch. Professional, thorough and impressive throughout. Could not have made a better impression! After we encountered a leak in our kitchen that I was unable to track to its source, we purchased the $167 "Big Deal" Roof Maintenance Package hoping that would help in identifying/resolving the problem. The representative from Pyramid Roofing (Craig) arrived on right on time and immediately set to work. Overall, he spent nearly an hour on the roof, checking and correcting errant nails and shingles, filling in holes left by the builder (wish I had known that several years ago!) that had seriously compromised the integrity of the roof, and conducting an exhaustive survey. He quickly located the source of the leak (worn vent collars) and applied sealant to the affected sites -- which given the subsequent rains this weekend, has ensured no further leaks into the kitchen while we are awaiting repair to the ceiling. After addressing the most emergent and immediate problems and correcting those issues that he could, Craig presented me with a comprehensive inspection report and provided a detaled estimate for the needed repair, which is sorely needed. Overall, this was an excellent service experience. I look forward to having the repairs performed by this provider!

Pyramid called one day in advance to confirm their word day, they showed up on time, and brought a sufficiently large enough crew to ensure the work was completed well before the threat of rain forecasted for that late-afternoon.

Delayed by rain but promptly done when weather was good.

iWe signed up with Angie's List for a deal with Pyramid Roofing to inspect our roof and make minor repairs since we had a minor leak. Pyramid contacted us almost immediately and scheduled the inspection. In addition to making the repairs, he also told us that the roof needed to be replaced and gave us an estimate on how much it would cost. We were given several very favorable financing options, including one-year same as cash with no interested. We were very impressed with how thorough and professional he was and how reasonable the estimate was so we signed up to have the roof replaced. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly and the job was done in one day. The crew showed up on time and did a truly outstanding job of removing the old roof and installing the new roof. We were very impressed with the professionalism from beginning to job completion.

We called because we had a leak. We went with the special deal on the annual service because the person on the phone told us it might save us some money. The guy who came was terrific. He went up and took pictures of things. He also tried to seal the area where the leak was, and warned us it might not work. A few days later we got some very high estimates for things he said we should do. Meanwhile, the leak was not fixed (which I understand), and we had water pouring into our ceiling and our bedroom, causing damage. We had signed the contract for the work that needed to be done, and we begged the company to do it. They put us off for months. Every time we had wind and rain we had water damaging our home, and possible forming mold inside our walls. I honestly can't remember now the exact amount we paid - I think my mind is blocking it out. I just know it was a LOT of money for what was done - made me think I should be in the roofing business. And they ignored my multiple appeals to get the work done, all the while getting more water damage. I even told them about my wife's severe asthma, and that moId would hurt her. They blew me off until I think they finally just got tired of my appeals.

Shortly after buying the coupon for a roof check up, I received an email saying they could not honor it because we had a slate roof. Seems that should've been mentioned in the coupon listing (or listed more prominently, if it is there). We've subsequently arranged for them to come look at my slate roof, but at full price. Seems they should've offered some sort of break, even if the overall cost would understandably be higher.

Everything went fine. The person who came seem to be knowledgeable and just did do everything I hope they would do.

It was a fine experience – they fixed the roof rather than just maintain it. They came out when they said they would and I had no problems with them. There was nothing that needed to be cleaned after they left.

Craig arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked to do a quick look at the attic since we had mentioned that we had a leak from one of the vents. He quickly identified the problem and did a complete check of the attic for any additional problems. He then went up on the roof and did a very thorough inspection. He gave us the list of what he found and a written estimate of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He also identified what we already knew - that the we needed a new roof. He gave us an estimate that seemed very fair so we accepted the proposal and are waiting to have the new roof installed. The estimate covered all of the details involved with installing the new roof and how long it is guaranteed. Overall our experience with Pyramid at this time is outstanding!

The service provided was fine but did not solve my problem because the leak was not due to rain water. He was able to identify the problem which was the air handler in my attic that was leaking.

Wonderful! The roofing crew came right on time and completed the job in less than eight hours.Once my new gutters were installed my home looked wonderful.

I brought the big deal off of Angie's list to have my roof inspected and was immediately contacted the next business day. The receptionist who called me was very nice and friendly The woman who came to do the inspection was very knowledgable and friendly. The only down side was she could not inspect my roof from my actual rooftop due to the pitch (this was due to an old address of my that she was sent to). She was able to inspect some of my roof from the ground level and also inspect my attic for leaks. After the inspection I reached out to management to see if I could get some form of compensation back due to the inspector not being able to fully inspect my roof. Without any type of argument or problems they sent me a check in a personal card with half of my money back. That was way more then I was even looking for. It's great to know that there are still companies left that care about great customer service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely use pyramid roofing again.

The estimator came out within 2 days of my request and was very professional and thorough. I received the estimate that day with everything covered in detail. I did not choose them because they were $2000 higher than another Angie's List "A Graded" contractor who I signed a contract with.

There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. One technician came to complete the work and he spent about an hour on the job. I had some concerns about what I thought might have been water dripping in the attic. He took some photos and explained he did not see anything. He didn’t find any problems, and to contact him if anything were to occur. My overall experience with them great!

Great, they did the inspection and let us know what we could do to prevent future problems.
