Mr. [removed member name] was given our name by a friend and he contacted us for an estimate to replace Quest pipes in his home. Travis spoke to him directly and gave him a rough estimate to do the work, but told him he would need to come out to take a look at it to give him a more exact estimate. Mr. [removed member name] asked if Travis could come right then and Travis explained that he was in route to Richmond to complete a job, but could come another day. Mr. [removed member name] said that our estimate was in line with the other estimates that he had received and that he would contact Travis back once he had made a decision on how he was moving forward. We never heard back from him until this posting. We were sorry to see that we were given a poor rating given that we weren't contacted back by this customer to give a formal estimate. As noted on the majority of the reviews we have received by customers that we have actually done work for, we are rated very high. Unfortunately, situations like this are out of our control when we aren't contacted back by the customer. In addition, our goal is to maintain a happy customer base and are very happy to discuss any concerns with our customers so that we can rectify any problems before they escalate.
