we had a water pipe in our attic spring a leak, which had water to house shut off to contain. We called Haynes and they committed to send someone between 2 and 4, but were hopeful they could get someone earlier. Lawrence arrived a little before noon, diagnosed the problem, went to get parts, and had us back with water service in short order. Great response on short notice and we appreciate the timely service and good price

Travis Haynes provided excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased. I have also had his company replace a toilet and water heater, and both jobs were highly satisfactory. I will use again.

Everything went very well from start to finish. The scheduler and the plumber were both very pleasant. The plumber showed up on time and had the materials he needed on the truck, so was able to complete the repairs in one visit.

HORRIBLE experience with HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a dish washer and sink from Lowes who had Haynes do the install. Plumber arrived late and in a bad mood. He could not turn the water off under my sink and told me no one would be able to. He then attempted to shut off my hot water heater valve and broke it, he became upset when he was questioned about why it was my responsibility to replace when he admitted he should not have turned it. He said "gotcha" went to his car and got a part, then sawed off my original pipe/valve and replaced it with a pipe with NO shut off valve. When asked how we would be able to turn it off with no valve he said "I guess from the street" mockingly. He dumped my dishwasher in the living room and left without installing my sink or dishwasher saying he could not do the install's because the valves under the sink would not work. He would not give his name, we had to read his badge. After he left I youtubed how to shut the water off under the sink and tried it. THE VALVES UNDER THE SINK WORKED JUST FINE. Called the manager Travis and was told that Joe the installer was loved by everyone and he did not believe he would act the way he did. He did not offer to send anyone else and did not want the video I took that showed my valves worked just fine. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company. The plumber arrived in a bad mood and took that out on me and my house.

The repairs made on April 14 were completed promptly and the repairman was very professional. However, on May 1 some workmen doing work in my crawlspace reported to me that the pipe connected to the front faucet needed insulation, and the pipe connected to the back faucet was leaking. I called Haynes and they immediately sent a repairman to the house. He insulated the front faucet and repaired the pipe on the back faucet. He did not charge for this repair. On May 5, however, the crawlspace workers returned to finish their work. They reported to me that the pipe connected to the back faucet was leaking again. I called Haynes and they sent a repairman to the house on May 6. He explained to me what had gone wrong with the previous repairs and fixed the problem. He did not charge for this repair. The repairs have held up (over a month).

Left a message asking for a call back about work needed. I was never called back.

We were beginning to have a very small leak around the toilet that was previously repaired. Whether this was an issue of repair insufficiency or an unforeseen but common loosening of nuts in the interim, that did not matter. Haynes dispatched Lawrence the day after my call and he tightened all bolts, eliminating the problem and promising to follow up as necessary to make sure the job was done and done right. Cost? Nothing! Very well done!

This is the third time I have used this service provider, so although I am tardy in reviewing past performanced, in all three instances (toilet repair, installation of new garbage disposal and repair/replacement of parts for a leaky shower head), service, punctuality, speed of performance and attitude were exemplary. Between the telephone scheduling and payment procedures of the owner (Gretchen Haynes) and the actual work performance of the plumber (Lawrence), I have nothing but praise for the inputs and outcomes of this firm. Keep up the good work!

I was looking to put utility sink in garage. The individual was late for appointment. However, he appeared very exacting in his work and promised an estimate from the owners. It is two months and I am still waiting. I hired another plumbing to do the work and am very happy with the results and customer service from them.

My rather large (75 gallon) gas fired water heater sprung a leak. Haynes Drains and Plumbing had done an excellent job in my bathroom remodels previously. I called on a Friday and Lawrence came to look at the heater that afternoon. As it was too late to source a large heater and install it that day, they arranged to come in early Monday (a holiday) to do the job. Gretchen called over the weekend to confirm that a heater would be picked up and they would be at the house at 10:00 AM. The removal and replacement went smoothly. My attic and home were neatly restored to order and an improperly placed gas valve was corrected. Pricing for that sized heating unit was competitive with the box stores and the installation was faultless.

They are excellent and would highly recommend them!

This was an installment of a dishwasher. The company called promptly and made the appointment to install;arrived on time and did the install quickly, quietly and efficiently. We are senior citizens and the person installing was pleasant and helpful to us in many ways.

He was great. Courteous, and told me we may need a new toilet, but then was able to fix the leak by installing a new kit inside.

We called and scheduled an appointment between 4 and 6 p.m. on a specific day. We waited, but they never called and never showed up. We were disappointed that they wasted our time, so we found another plumber.

Haynes Drains was recommended by a neighbor last year to repair an outdoor faucet that was damaged when I left the hose hooked up and weather was below freezing. I called them and the repair person was there the next day. I wanted a specific faucet to that would not freeze up and matched the other outdoor faucets. He had the part on the truck and had it replaced in no time. I called again this year when I had a problem with the water pressure in our kitchen faucet. The repair person showed up the day after I called. He diagnosed the problem promptly, had the needed parts on the truck and fixed it quickly. He asked if I had any other problems, and I did have a problem again with an outdoor faucet. He was able to take care of this also and the only additional charge was for the part. Each time the person was Very pleasant and very professional. The next time I need a plumber, I will call them.

In our bathroom, we have fixtures that are high end fixtures. He came in and installed these for us and he did a great job. We would highly recommend him.

Travis Haynes, owner, responded to my call promptly and came the next day when he said he would. I wanted the hose bib replaced with the exact same type and was afraid he would not have it on the truck. He did have it, and fixed it all in about 30 minutes. I was well satisfied by the responsiveness, efficiency, cleanliness and work done.
