Paul came over on time, did a very careful review of the item we wanted done and sent us an estimate the next day. The prices were reasonable and the job was broken down so we could have them to what we really felt we could afford. Within a week, Eric showed up on time and did all of the work we scheduled. Again he was very professional and went out of his way to work with us. He installed an outlet, replaced other defective outlets, and installed a new cable TV outlet.

They are prompt, well qualified, give you an upfront reasonable price, and all their staff is very professional. They are also always good at explaining everything and are very thorough.

The company had an cancellation and called to request an early show for my appointment. It was no problem and they gave me enough notice to be ready for the tech. The tech was professional...nice guy. Best part, I wasn't treated like a electrical dummy....being female sometimes that happens; however, I have experience in electrical so it was good to have a male tech come in my home and be professional and not try to BS me.

My electrician was Ben. He was perfectly on time, he determined what the problems were VERY fast, he fixed each issue in just a couple minutes. I was shocked at how quick and simple it was. We called my Home Warranty Company to claim the bill, and they tried to refuse coverage claiming that the lighting problem was due to improper installation when the house was built 13 years ago - though it worked just fine for 13 years. Over time, the wires loosened, so that is a legitimate claim to the HW. The electrician ARGUED with the Warranty representative and their supervisor in my defense in order to insist they provide me the coverage I am entitled to. He sacrificed about 40 minutes of his time to explain the issue to the company just so they would cover a little more of the bill for me, and he did not charge anything additional for labor hours. I have a lot of respect for him for giving up his time to defend his customer.

My doorbell was thirty years old and stopped working. I found Dynamo Electric on Angie's List and called them because they had an "A" rating. They quoted me a price of $95.00 and scheduled an appointment. The electrician arrived on time, disconnected the old doorbell, and answered my questions thoroughly and politely. He accepted the Angie's List 10% coupon that I had printed out, so the charge was $85.50. I would call Dynamo Electric again for electric problems.

Dynamo Electric was prompt. The technician called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was very courteous. He let me know what the problem was and identified another issue. The job was done well in less than 45 minutes. I will call Dynamo again.

I found Dynamo Electric while looking on Angie's List. I called on a Monday to ask if I could get an estimate for the work. The lady who answered the phone, Linda, said that they could not give an estimate over the phone, but could send someone out on a service call for a rate of $95/hr. Since I knew what the problem was, just not what it would take to fix it, I agreed. She said they could have someone out on Wednesday afternoon. I did ask if they could do it earlier since we had just moved and hadn't done laundry in about 2 weeks, so while we weren't desperate, we were getting there. Linda said she would call if they could get to me earlier. We went to Busch Gardens on Monday, the day I called, and wouldn't you know it, Linda called that afternoon saying they could get someone over to the house within 30 minutes...I had to decline since the kids would had revolted. On Wednesday, Linda called around 1100 saying they finished up early on another job, and they could have someone at my house in 15 minutes. Erik Adams, the electrician, showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then went under the house (I have a crawl space) in order to check to see if there was enough slack to get to good wire. After getting enough wire, he then proceeded to install my 4-prong dryer plug, check on the readings, and I was good to go. Erik was efficient and professional. Overall, the job took about 30 minutes. In the end, it was something I probably could have done myself, but since it was a rental, I wanted to make sure it was done right. I used a $20 off any service call coupon from Dynamo's website, so for $75 it was well worth the peace of mind, not to mention, I now have clean laundry. I would definitely use them again.

The guy that came out was really nice and a total professional. He did good work and even told me how to fix a couple things myself so that I wouldn't be charged $95/hour for him to do it. I also called on a Monday and they had someone out Tuesday morning. Really impressed with the service both when I called and at my home. I would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish this repairman demonstrated the kind of professionalism that I can appreciate. The price also was very reasonable.

They were awesome. The price was way below what I thought it would be. I like everything about them. When I called them the receptionist was very friendly. She gave me a date and time when they would come and do the work. The individuals that showed up to do the work were professional. They did a quality job in a short period of time.

From the first telephone contact with Linda, the personnel at Dynamo were professional, yet relaxed and quite pleasant. We had purchased a replacement range and discovered the new one wouldn't fit unless the 220 volt receptacle were relocated. Mike and his helper came out, took care of that one and even repaired the drywall when they were finished. OK. They repaired the drywall BEHIND the range. Nobody ever looks behind the range, but to me, one distinction of a professional is that they do the job correctly whether anyone is going to see it or not. "Mr. Helper" then re-wired several switches that had gone bad, while Mike corrected some wiring problems from a DYI project that didn't go quite as planned. Overall, they arrived when they said they would, did the work in a professional manner, worked quickly, left the place as clean as they found it, and did excellent work. If I can contact them (it's Thanksgiving Wednesday PM) I'm going to have them come out, install some ceiling lighting as well as some security lights. We're very pleased that we've found an excellent company to handle our electrical requirements. I would have no reservations about recommending Dynamo to anyone.

They were very prompt and were very professional and they even had the best estimate. I did decide to go with someone else but definitley had a good experience with this company.

We had about 4 projects going on at once and they were part of one of them.

Fast and professionally. Paul was friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions of.
