Description of Work: Came out to see my pool deck. Right away they said they could not raise the cement deck forward to the place I needed it to be. I wish they could do the work because they are the best company I have ever dealt with on Angie's LIst as far as responsiveness and promptness.

Description of Work: We had a crack repaired in the laundry room. This ran under an existing wall, into the adjacent bedroom. We also had our front porch cement pad raised. There had been erosion, and it had caused a crack where it was attached to the house.

Description of Work: This is a great company with great employees! I contacted them because my front stoop had settled and I had alot of erosion underneath my back patio. They came out when they said they would and conducted an estimate for the job. Once I signed the contract, I was contacted for the work. The good thing is you don't have to be home, but I was. These folks are very professional and very hard working. Very neat and polite. They come out and explain what they are going to do, explain what most likely caused the issues in the first place and how to correct it, made some small, almost unnoticeable drill holes and pumped the filler stuff in. Then they cleaned up the work areas and showed me what all they did. They also explained how to help prevent these type issues in the future. I highly recommend Concrete Jack and would definitely use them again if ever needed. It's a great process for a reasonable price, by a professional team of workers.

Description of Work: Never showed up as promised/scheduled. Said they forgot. I shopped around and found that I got the entire walkway replaced for $1,000.00 less.

Description of Work: They repaired about 60-70 feet of concrete decking around our pool. Over the years the deck had subsided, several inches in some places. They brought it back to level. The guys were on time, professional, and clean. The repair looks great.

Description of Work: I recently represented a buyer for a home which had considerable foundation cracking and previous stabilization work performed. Kirk Roberts met with my buyer to provide a professional opinion about the continuing shift which appeared to be happening at the property due to new cracks which had developed since the stabilization work had been performed (by another company). Rather than trying to convince my client that the problems with the foundation could be fixed (which would have meant a lucrative job in excess of $60,000 for Concrete Jack), Kirk explained that a repair was not "practically" feasible and that continuing to invest dollars into the structure would probably not be their best use of funds. My buyer and I truly appreciated his honesty, his knowledge and the fact that there was no "hard sell" for services. I would highly recommend Kirk Roberts and Concrete Jack to anyone needing sidewalk, driveway or foundation repairs.

Description of Work: Raised and leveled a 6*10 slab of concrete. Clean job, we'll have to see how it works long term. There is a one year warranty.

Description of Work: We had Concrete Jack come out to evaluate a crack in our foundation near our front door. We had been told by a competitor company that the job would require jacking up 1/2 of our house and would be at least $13K. The other company tried to sell us on all kind of other things and insisted on showing us canned power points describing all the money we could pay them. Alex the estimator for Concrete Jack came out and told us he had good news and bad news - the good news was that the problem was minor and required a couple of supporting piers and the bad news was that the cost was too low for them to perform it in our area. (a mistake I think on their part b/c the competing company JES is the only other game in town and our area has started to catch on that they are recommending unnecessary work - this would be a good opportunity for Concrete Jack). We very much appreciated the honesty of our estimator. We also had two builders/contractors give us their opinion of the situation and what they said matched what Concrete Jack said - neither of them had a dog in the fight so no reason to tell us anything other than their honest opinion. We would have used Concrete Jack if they had agreed to come to our area. We definitely would recommend them.

Description of Work: I only received an estimate to repair a crack in our garage floor. We decided to go with a different contractor who will dig up the bad concrete and reinforce the floor.
