Everything turned out fine. They have an arborist and he actually recommended not doing the work that I had asked to be done whereas the other quotes that I had to pay for were more than happy to do whatever I had asked them to do. He said it didn’t need to be done. Keeping the tree’s health in mind versus just sending it out was what I thought. The clean up was great and it was very quick and very easy. Our road was actually been repaved the day they showed up and we just had a two week window period that the city said it had to be redone. It happened to be the same day they showed up. So they were able to park their trucks just a little bit down the road and they did all the tree trimming. They actually winched all the tree branches using a rope and they pulled it down to the chipper. They went above and beyond. They could have just said that they couldn’t do it. I will use their services again in the future.

Bartlett arborist scheduled appointment at the convenience of homeowner. Personnel showed up at appointment time with all equipment. Tree removed efficiently and wood taken away, with no damage to other vegetation or driveway/roadside. Personnel very polite, confirmed work to be done, and confirmed at end of job that work done satisfactorily. Will use Bartlett for future work.

The arborist came when scheduled and provided professional, courteous advice on pruning and removal. He was familiar with the various plants and advised us on which ones should be attended to.

They were very good. They had a certified arborist which was very good and that way the tree was pruned properly with the help of the tree. I spent probably about $300 or $400 on that service.

My experience with them was very positive. At the initial appointment the representative arrived on time without any problem. He quickly surveyed the work I wanted performed. He provided me an estimate before he left. The work was performed within a couple of weeks. This company is a certified arborist. If there is a client that is concerned about his or her trees around his property it is definitely an added bonus that they are certified. They picked up all the debris the same day. They left it as clean as when they arrived. Before they departed that had me do a walk through with the gentleman who performed the work to insure I was pleased before they left. I certainly appreciated that they did not leave until they knew I was pleased with the work.

The appointments were on time and professional. I enjoyed watching the experts do their work. They recommended pruning vs. tree removal, which was a relief as we enjoy our trees. They saved a baby bird found during their procedures. All debris was removed, as if they were never there. We were a bit shocked by the cost of the whole procedure, but are hoping it will prove a worthwhile investment in the future. They came highly recommended, which meant a great reputation but a long wait for service. Trusting everything goes well with the storms this fall, we will call them again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have found that they always give me good advice on how to care for my trees and how to keep them all healthy. They always explain in easy to understand terms if there is anything wrong with my trees.

I am completely thrilled with the work done. The company is first class! All appointments were made on time and I couldn't even tell that work had been done in my yard when they finished!
