LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

"In the spring of 2024, I started on a project to add a porch to the front of my house. Tucker gave good advice on surveying the lot before working on the design. Looking at my house and the other houses on the street, he should have realized that a $50,000 porch would not make economic sense. I wish he would have talked me in another direction. Some of the features I requested were not on the initial drawing, nor was there a description of the materials. I assumed he did not take good notes at our initial meeting. They are poor estimators of their timer requirements. Quality of drawings was good. I wish Tucker would have talked me out of a porch addition at our initial meeting. I have extensive knowledge with furniture, fitness, grills, etc. I am not a jack of all trades. I do assembly only. I remove all part stickers, touch up any scratches/nicks and adjust all doors and drawers. I respect my customers home/office and leave my area with the trash put back in the boxes and the boxes neatly stacked. So feel confident hiring me for your next assembly. I look forward to working for you. Things to know: I require all items to be in the location they are to be assembled. Assembler does not equal mover. If a box is too heavy do not be afraid to open it and move the pieces. This will not make the job harder or confuse me. Thank you for your cooperation. I do new assembly only. I do not repair/upholster anything or reassemble old items with loose/missing hardware and no manual. I do not hang/mount tvs. Not on the wall or on a tv stand. Not anywhere.
