Description of Work: The Mover Dudes were exceptional. They seem to be willing to do as little or as much as the customer asks. We chose to pack and unpack ourselves and just asked the Dudes to get our stuff from point A to Point B which was about 125 miles. Their estimating procedure was detailed and exact and they charged us just what we agreed to. | |The guys who actually did the move were energetic, courteous, careful and professional. There was no damage to our belongings and they put in a very long day getting it done. | |I would recommend the Mover Dudes to anyone. My wife is very particular to damage during a move and she had no complaints. We thought the price was very fair for the amount that was moved and the distance.

Description of Work: We made an interstate move. We provided Mover Dudes with an inventory of furniture and boxes and a list of items we wanted them to wrap and pack; Mover Dudes then provided an estimate, which we accepted. On the day of the move, all of the guys introduced themselves, and one of the guys walked through the house with me and reviewed the inventory. He was able to reduce the cost of the move as there were some changes from the original inventory. The crew worked efficiently, taking super-good care of my belongs. All of the guys were personable and polite. Our belongings arrived safe and sound at our new home the next morning. Three members of the same crew were there to unload. They hired a local guy who they had worked with before to help unload. The local guy was also very polite, introducing himself to us before unloading began. We highly recommend Mover Dudes.

Description of Work: They moved my household..however they dented the refrigerator in my new house by not being careful moving furniture into the house.

Description of Work: These are good people who do what they commit to. It took them more than 3 hours to come to Alexandria from Winchester owing to traffic, but they only charged me the time mapquest estimated the trip would take absent traffic. Not too many companies would have done this. They also took a large piece of furniture out to the curb, which wasn't their responsibility to do.

Description of Work: I arranged a full house move from Virginia to Missouri with Mover Dudes. The driver, packers and truck arrived as arranged and the move was as easy as one could expect a long distance move to be. The quoted price was very near the final one, the personnel was extremely courteous and my household items arrived in great condition. I have friends that will be making future moves and I have already advised that they need to contact this great professional moving company. Description of Work: I was hesitant to contact them at first because they are based in Winchester, which is far from where I live, so I just assumed they would not be able to give me a competitive price. However, when I called, Adam looked through their calendar to find a date when they would be in my area, and they were able to give me the price I asked for (and the moving date was only 5 days after I called). The moving crew (3 guys) was friendly, professional, and took care with my furniture (a bedroom set). I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Packed and moved our home. The four members from Mover Dudes were great. Tho only problem we saw was the schedule between jobs was to tight. This forced them to rush hard and created an unsafe situation for themselves. They still were great people that really aimed to please and get the job done.

Description of Work: Spoke to Nick re: my need. Gave details and he recommended and contacted Mover Dudes then relayed info to me, gave me their # to call. His explanation of how the "list" works was not clear. I spoke with MO at 540-450-0770, gave him details of move and he did not know what I had purchased and was unable to fulfill my specific date request and unable to come to review items to be moved without an extra charge. I wish to have a refund for the full amount of the deal. I have arranged for concierge service for 4/27/15.

Description of Work: Mover Dudes moved all my belongings from my move out location into my new home. The crew arrived on time and took extremely great care of my items. Their office staff was very helpful and responsive as well. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of moving service done!!
