The two gentlemen, Tyler and Noah, were very nice and helpful. Took care of all the furniture and placed them exactly where we wanted it. Good job!

We contacted Mover Dudes and a couple of other moving companies for quotes for our two part move. Mike at Mover Dudes was the only estimator that spoke with me about both parts of the move. They were slightly higher priced than the others, but because he talked with me about both & reassured me that they'd get us taken care of, we decided to go with them. Two days before the move, we got a call saying that the team would be there between 8-10am. The day of the move, John called around 8am, saying they'd be there right around 9. The team - John, Terry, and Jimmy - arrived around 9 and immediately got to work. John went around & inventoried everything we had to be moved. The guys put down floor protectors & wrapped all of the larger furniture in blankets. They got everything in the truck, stopped quickly for lunch, and headed to our storage unit. They beat my husband there! Once at the unit, they rearranged what we already had in there & managed to get everything into the unit. They were incredibly friendly & professional throughout the move. We've requested the same team, if possible, for the next part of our move. Even if we don't have them, I'm confident that the rest of the move will go smoothly as well.

It was damp, cold and drizzle but the 3 guys came in good humor and ready to work. The team leader surveyed the inventory and compared it to what I had originally said. There were changes and nothing was an issue. They came on time and had the truck loaded within an hour. They unloaded and arranged my furniture exactly as I asked. They has padded my entry door; laid down a cloth to protect the rug. We were totally done in 4 hours. I will never move myself again!! Mover Dudes is my go-to company and my friends will know it.

These guys are great. They each take a room from the house, then they have it organized for delivery to the new house. They were professional, nice, punctual, and honest. They explained everything and kept up an excellent pace. They handle your things with care and always ask questions if they don't know where something is to go, etc. Having never used professional movers before we braced for the worst, but we ended up getting the best!

5 guys came out to move me. They were great! They all hustled and were respectful and professional.

I (not so smartly) scheduled my move for the Saturday which coincided with the Rock and Roll Marathon in DC...which happens to run within about a block of my house. Even with all the traffic and re-routing drama, Matt and Mitchell showed up on time and immediately got down to business. They were respectful and efficient. I was amazed at how quickly they dismantled and packed up my furniture and moved all my boxes and bins out of my basement and into the truck. They were amazing, awesome, terrific, and well worth every single penny!!! I will definitely hire them again (and will specifically request Matt and Mitchell) once I move again.

Couldn't have gone better. Mover Dudes is located near Winchester and the five-man, two truck crew arrived on time at 9 a.m.. We had done most of the packing and John and his crew of Chris, Mike, Danny and Jimmy got right to work rolling out tarps to protect the hardwood and carpets and wrapping the furniture. All five worked hard, quickly and carefully. On top of that they were extremely pleasant and good natured. We also had about 200 boxes and some furniture at a nearby self-storage unit they loaded. Both trucks were loaded by about 1:30 or 2. We had arranged to have the the furniture and goods delivered to the new house the following morning and the guys arrived on time, again protected the floors and unloaded in about four or five hours. Our new neighbors remarked how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. We would use Mover Dudes again and highly recommend them

Mitchell and Tyler were right on time. They had all the furniture moved in about an hour. They were careful and efficient. This is my 2nd terrific experience with Mover Dudes. Those guys were amazing.

John, Mike, Danny and Timmy were professional, prompt, skilled, personable and all around awesome! Highly recommended.

These guys were the best ever. I would hire them again in a second. The move was a touch more expensive than I'd planned for -- roughly $1,000 for bedroom+plus+plus service but they were so stone-cold honest and helpful all the way through that I'd hire them as far as they would go. My quote was from Mike, and I've not kept notes on who my movers were (except they were guys whose names started with M, I think. We were so grateful that they handled our move.

Mike and John moved us from our old home to our new home, they were great. Neat, cleat, punctual and quick. Very respectful, couldn't ask for better service.

Overall it went well, and I would use them again. My principal hesitations have to do with coordination of the crew with the front office, and the lack of apparent care for the welfare of their workers in providing industry standard support equipment. To arrange for an estimate, I spoke with Mike on the phone, and he asked for a very detailed list of what was to be unloaded, and I gave him as good a list as I could. I told him that there was a piano, and 7 filing cabinets, 4 of which were very, very heavy. His followup was thorough, almost to the point of obsessive, in making sure that the list was accurate. The detail and thoroughness was to the point of feeling CYA, so I went back over everything to make sure I didn't miss something that I should have known about. One of the points he repeatedly made sure I understood, was that there was a 2 hour minimum, and that the billing was in 15 minute increments, so anything past a quarter hour would be rounded to the next quarter hour. I was reminded of this several times, which makes me think that they've had trouble with this policy in the past. It is not a policy I have any particular problem with, but, again, the degree to which he went in making sure I understood it, made me feel like I might be missing something. I wasn't, though, as explained below, the crew did. Two of the crew arrived 15 minutes late, but they had called me that day to tell me, and it was not a problem. The crew supervisor arrived after the piano had already been unloaded, about half an hour late. The crew was diligent, professional, cordial and great to work with, and they tolerated my need to tell them where in the house different items needed to go. As for my hesitations: I had told Mike that I was moving some very heavy filing cabinets and a piano. The crew came without any straps or gloves, or any other devices to make moving the piano and cabinets possible. They were way too heavy to move with muscle alone. I loaned them some work gloves to protect their hands from the sharp edges of the cabinets, and we fashioned straps from the tie downs I had used to secure the load. No crew should be sent to deal with pianos, appliances or any other heavy items without appliance straps that distribute the weight over the body. I'm very concerned about the lack of equipment made available for health and safety of this crew. Finally, when it came time to calculate the billing, the crew chief calculated the time from the scheduled appointment time rather than their actual arrival time. When I asked about that, since they were 15 minutes late, he replied that they needed to bill in quarter hour increments, which didn't make sense to me. I gently pushed back, and insisted they call their office. They reached someone in the office who told him he needed to start when the crew arrived and not the scheduled time. The crew chief had apparently been instructed differently by someone in the front office. I don't believe this was nefarious; I think the crew chief legitimately didn't understand how to do the quarter hour billing. But again, this is an indication to me that the front office doesn't pay enough care and attention to their crews. Overall, I was pleased with the people, pleased with the work, and was charged what I owed. I would recommend them and use them again, keeping a close eye on how the billing is calculated.

Had an excellent experience with the provider. They worked with me extensively on scheduling and I had no damage. The agents were very accessible and at every stage of set up and execution each person called to assure we were all on the same page. The only small hiccup was that I called operations and asked if furniture could be shipped packed, i.e. with clothes in drawers. I was told it would be but it wasn't. This may have been because of the weight of the furniture though. I highly recommend them.

On time , very helpful & friendly.

They arrived on schedule & on time. They knew how to move & lift. They did a wonderful job. This is second time I've used them . They moved my whole house in 2014.

They were very good. Those guys are great. The price was about $1,000 and was about half of what everybody else wanted. They gave me the best bid, showed up when they were supposed to and moved everything without busting anything. It went smooth as can be and I don't have any complaints at all about them.

Great service. Able to do it on time. Efficient. Everything arrived in good shape. Workers were fine.
