Contact with president, with estimator, with office on phone, and with the three movers was professional, timely and pleasant.

We were moving & did not know where to begin, so I went to Angie's List & found Mover Dudes. We called and they came out. They were very professional.

The three men came right on time, were pleasant to work with and moved my belongings swiftly and without any mistakes.

The experience was full of frustrations. First, we had one of the representatives from Mover Dudes Inc. come out to do an on-site estimate a few weeks prior to the move and provide us with a "guaranteed price." The only reason that this "guaranteed price" would change is if the inventory changed. In the weeks leading up to the move the only thing that we did to the inventory was trim it - no new items added. When the movers showed up they told us that the "guaranteed price" was incorrect because the original inventory was much lower (?!). To be fair I would understand the customers having to pay a higher price if they had calculated the estimate themselves but this was NOT the case. Why provide an on-site estimate from one of your "professionals" if they cannot do an accurate job? We were forced to load up our cars as much as possible to lower the cost and luckily this helped, but was a great inconvenience to us. Second, because we were closing on both houses on the day of the move we had to be out of our house by early/mid-morning with everything cleaned. We communicated this to the moving company and were assured that they would arrive early enough for us to have plenty of time. We received a call on the morning of the move letting us know that their truck had broken down and a new truck would have to be sent. They were 1 1/2 hours late. My husband helped them when they arrived and so they managed to load everything onto their trucks in time but we did not have adequate time to clean the house before the buyers arrived. The third issue regards professionalism and attitude. We were provided three movers. Two of them were very polite and pleasant to work with. The third, however, was the leader and from the moment they arrived to the end of the move he had an unpleasant disposition. Finally, the boxes were clearly labeled regarding which rooms they were to go to, which were fragile (arrows along the sides of the box indicating which side must face up), which were not to be stacked, etc. Time after time we found boxes in the wrong rooms, fragile boxes upside down underneath heavy boxes, non-stackable boxes stacked underneath several boxes, etc.

Great, fast, efficient and very nice.

They showed up on-time with three workers. They worked hard and pretty much non-stop until it was done. There had been an estimate done in advance and the total was under the estimate which was a nice surprise.

Their very professional, polite, hardworking. Crew came and did an excellent job of moving us out of VA home to our SC home. Even the weather conditions did not deter their effort to keep us on schedule

The Dudes are exceptional! This was our 2nd move with the dudes and as usual they did a fantastic job. The estimator came out weeks in advance and gave us an estimate on the spot. When it came down to brass tax, we were on the bottom end of the estimate which is always a good thing. The day of the move, they showed up on time and got right to work. I am always amazed at the enthusiasm these guys show towards their job. It's a task I use to dread but they tackle the challenge with a great attitude. They wrapped up any furniture that could be scratched and each dude had a job. Some wrapped, some organized the truck, everyone carried, it was like a bunch of ants came in and cleared the place out. Moving us into the new place was just as easy. A good 98% of our stuff made it to its proper place with no damage to our furniture and more importantly, no damage to our newly finished hardwood floors. I can't say enough good things about these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone who would listen.

The crew was great. The move was fast and very smooth. We were very happy.

Movers dudes were on time in nova.Shipped items as scheduled to TN & were Actually one hour early for unpacking.All guys did an excellent job and nothing was damaged.

After some difficulty getting in touch with the Mover Dudes' office, I was able to set up a time and date that worked. Three people showed up to load up my furniture from storage, and then two delivered it to my new apartment. They were extremely quick and professional, and kept in contact during the day -I had requested a later delivery time due to work, so they were good about letting me know what their expected ETA was. Nothing was damaged, and they were helpful moving some of the larger pieces around to exactly where I wanted them. Again, the moving service itself was wonderful, I would just recommend that their office be more responsive.

They came early. Worked hard and were very professional, even set up furniture! Great!

They were very punctual and professional. They completed everything in a timely manner. They loaded heavy furniture items from one apartment and delivered to another apartment. There were a number of stairs to negotiate and they completed everything in a professional manner. Would not hesitate to use them again. They provided clothing boxes which we returned when the move was completed.

Both movers arrived promptly and were very efficient, carefully moving our things.

The two movers came 1.5 hours early. They did call first & left a massage but i missed. It was wonderful that they came early because they finished early. However it did rush us a little. This was minor though. They did a terrific job. They were respectful and helpful.

Because their first job scheduled for the same day took longer than expected, the three movers--all nice, hard working guys--did not arrive until 7:30 PM. They had been scheduled to arrive at noon. They did call periodically to let me know that their first job was taking longer. Once they arrived, they worked quickly to move the stuff from the storage unit, which did require moving of some pieces in and out of the storage unit. The guys did get lost on their way to the apartment, but they worked steadily to unload everything by 12:45 AM. It was a long day for them and for me. Before leaving they did set up my bed, as requested and promised. The three mover dudes were super friendly and helpful, but someone should have scheduled the jobs better.

Efficient, fast, quality movers. Everything arrived in good condition.

Well. The only problem was that they did not bring packing materials (boxes) for kitchen stuff.

Very pleased. Started at 9:00 AM finished at 7:00. Smooth job all day.

Mover Dudes Inc were excellent. I bought some stuff at an auction that I couldn't move, and they did it for me. They came right away, within 15 minutes of the call, and they were reasonable for price. They did a great job, they were polite and very accommodating. The company was impressive, especially on such short notice.
