They arrived on time and the changes that were made went without any problems. Very adaptable and helpful.

From the beginning I was very impressed with the company's professionalism. They took a detailed inventory and said they would send me a copy of the quote. And they did. They said they would follow up with me one week later. And they did! They were very easy to work with and Adam was very friendly. In the days leading up to the move they were in contact with me and made sure we had all our questions answered. On the day of the move they showed up on time and brought 5 guys with them. They were all smaller guys but had no problem moving anything heavy. I packed the house myself but must not have done a good enough job because I ended up with 2 broken plates (to be fair, in a box I did NOT mark as fragile or use a whole lot of packing paper in). This company charges based on the inventory of items you need moved. On one hand, it makes a lot of sense. On the other hand, it is really darn difficult to know exactly how many boxes you will have, and they charge the same price per box. So I was using some large boxes I had purchased along with some smaller boxes such as one a blender came in. So you're getting charged the same price for both of those. They also expect you to know exactly how many garden and yard tools you will have...things like that, they're scattered all over my house, yard, and garage, and it's not pretty when you're trying to move. It's a mess. And that makes it really hard to count your belongings. Overall, I'm really happy with the price I paid and the work they did. I would recommend them to friends.

They are professionals who understand their customer. They really worked with us in a difficult circumstance and really went above and beyond. Adam and his men were hard working , polite and very professional. They really worked with us on a price.

The move went very smoothly, thanks to the Mover Dudes. They were professional, polite and extremely hard working. Above all, they were nice to me... patient when I couldn't decide where a piece of furniture went in my new house. They seemed to understand that moving is stressful and that a little kindness and humor can make the whole experience easier.

Service went very well. They were done in 4hrs with a crew of 10. They came in completed the job and were very efficient.

We were very happy with this company. They were a bit late (about an hour), but that was due to traffic and they called to let us know. They brought 2 trucks with 6 men, which made the whole operation go much quicker than most movers you can find. They moved about 1,800 sq ft worth of belongings into The movers were friendly and worked hard the whole time they were on the job; they were obviously pros and knew what they were doing.

Mover Dudes was suggested by my realtor, and also on Angie's List so I did an online request for services, submitting my own inventory of items. I was contacted the next day and encouraged to have someone come to the house to do a physical inventory. When he arrived, he used an electronic tablet to do the inventory and kept having some sort of technical difficulties. I was planning to do the bulk of the packing myself to keep costs down, but we agreed that the computer components and artwork and a few other items would be packed by Mover Dudes personnel on moving day. He also told me not to bother packing my power tools and garden tools. I told him that, of my many plants and planters, only 3 trees in large planters were too big for my car. He encouraged me to leave all the plants for Mover Dudes to deal with. Yet, on moving day, towards the end of loading, there appeared to be slightly too much stuff for the trucks, so stuff was being jammed in pretty roughly. The moving crew arrived 45 minutes early, time I had planned on using for packing. There were 6 workers, all of whom were pleasant and chatty. Unfortunately, each of them seemed to need to ask me questions, so I never did get back to packing, and they ended up doing more than planned, most of it unmonitored by me. Plus, they informed me that they could not move the lawn mower until the gas was drained from it, so I had to make a trip to the store to buy a siphon. It would have been helpful had the estimator informed me of that ahead of time. Everything was packed and on the road shortly before noon, arriving at the new location a bit after 1 pm. Unfortunately, a monster thunderstorm rolled onto the horizon at midafternoon. A race began to finish unloading the trucks before the rain struck. The movers were literally running boxes into the house, with most going to the closest dry space: my garage. They won the race, barely, but I was left with a garage full of boxes instead of distributed to the rooms where the contents would "live." That was not the crew's fault, and the garage was too full for them to do any additional sorting/redistribution, especially since it was raining so hard, the garage doors had to stay closed. As far as I knew, the only damage was a small dent in a banged door, for which the crew member who caused it was very apologetic. Since that was the only damage I was aware of, and they had all worked h****** a very hot day, I gave the crew what cash I had as a tip, and we parted ways. Unfortunately, in the following days as I began unpacking and settling in, I discovered some dismaying problems. For example, my computer had been "packed" by simply being placed, loose and loosely , in a box. It's astonishing that it survived still functioning. But the most significant issue was finding a deep 3" long scratch in the top of my brand new, heirloom-quality dining room table. That was an item I had specifically requested care be taken with and had offered to wrap myself. . Looking back, I wish I had stuck with my original plan to pack everything myself and that I had realized that once the crew arrived I would have no more time to do anything except supervise. As it was, I relaxed considerably about packing after the estimator came through, indicating they could take over anything I didn't complete. Also, if I had it to do over, I would definitely move the plants myself (or abandon them) because they were space hoggers in the truck. My heart sinks every time I see the scratch in my dining table. Because of it, I can't recommend Mover Dudes' packing services. As movers only, they worked hard and expeditiously and were reasonably priced.

The men arrived on time. They were neat and careful of my property and things not going. They were very professional and were will to make suggestions when asked. The worked quickly and did not take unnecessary breaks. All tasks were compled in a very professional manner. I have made over 20 moves in the service ant this was one of the best.

Robert and Jacob arrived on time. Both were extremely pleasant and their work was better than expected. I will call the company again because they were so great to work with. Great employees! The type everyone should have.

Three professional, efficient, courteous young men came on time and quickly and thoroughly wrapped our heavy furniture and carefully moved it from one house to another.

Mover Dudes were punctual, fair, easier to please. They smiled the whole time, were polite and took exceptional care of my staff. I would use them again, highly recommend them.

These guys really did a great job at a great price. This was a very short distance move in the same area of Leesburg. They were fast, careful, and genuinely nice guys who busted their butt to get it all done in the time allotted in our contract. They even went out of their way in helping us dispose of items we did not want but were heavy. They also added items in that we decided to have them do instead of ourselves at a very fair price and they made our life a lot easier during a busy and somewhat confusing time when everything is a mess. I would highly recommend them and I think their business will continue to grow. PS: We were moving into a townhome rental till we found what we wanted to purchase. We just closed on that house and I will be calling them to move us again into our permanent residence in August 2014

Arrived on time. Professional. All three employees took care with belongings even in thunderstorm and 20 steps to apartment. All items arrived safely covered and wrapped.

Estimate vs. actual costs = 300% difference, supplies delivered late and rest of supplies and second truck not brought upon mover arrival - poor internal miscommunications with multiple mistakes, conflicting or missing information. Property was not moved in a day as estimated, everything stayed on truck in one hundred degree heat; the move took three days. Stayed in hotel two nights due to lack of access to property, poor organization, follow through, scheduling issues with truck and staff, communication. Inconsistency in skill level for packing, loading, and unloading. Lack of packing skill and results from disorganization created property damage, household items damages, and lost items and time in finding things due to poor packing, labeling, and placement. Staff was very nice and tried to do a good job, and workarounds were implemented which were well intended but disruptive to a smooth move, such as crew changes. Owner stepped in finally and tried but - unfortunately they were not skilled or prepared to deliver packing and moving services as advertised and estimated. Owner could have been more proactive and responsive. Inappropriate to recoup company labor costs through customer bill. Had to initiate discussion several times, request compensation for approximately $3,000 in damages. Had bill adjusted for inaccurate estimate and poor move overall. Customer lost time and effort required to invest during the move and long after is unfortunate.

This is a great company....not only did they not scratch my walls they moved everything with no problems. They were able to fit my entire master bedroom into my new house with ease. Cooke came up with the Idea to angle my dresser when it looked like it wasn't going to be able to fit up the stairs. They were all professional and curteous. Hopefully I never have to move again but if I do I will DEFINATELY be calling this company again to assist with my move. Nothing was broken or lost. I have been in the military for the past 13 years and went through 5 moves this was the first smooth move I've ever had. Thanks to the whole entire team.
