I have worked in the moving industry so have some idea of what to expect from a moving company. Mover Dudes completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, we had a great experience. In a nutshell, they are honest, hard-working, and responsive; they truly understand what the customer needs; and they all seem to really enjoy their jobs! The process for getting a quote was quick and easy, yet thorough and accurate. Mo (Customer Service) was fabulous - responsive, knowledgeable (with prior hands-on experience as a mover), honest, patient, great sense of humor, likes his job and is good at it! The moving crew was a treat. They all seemed to be happy to be moving our stuff! They were upbeat, hard-working, friendly, accommodating, and careful. They worked well as a team. A special shout out to John Snyder, the driver and moving-crew leader. If you don't think something is possible, just ask John. He'll get it done. He definitely has a Can Do! approach, and for good reason - he has the knowledge and skills that come from years of experience. In our case, my worry was: Can a large truck be backed into a small space off of an alley full of dumpsters. John said yes, then proved it was possible. Additionally, John was responsive and professional. He called the day before to confirm the job and was available by phone to answer last minute questions. It was reassuring to have the name and personal cell phone number of the person we were depending on! Finally, John treats his crew well. I could see it in the way they communicated and worked together and I was told this by crew members.

Estimate second estimate as we moved some ourselves. Packers very professional movers wrapped every piece of furniture. Happy jolly movers, who did a perfect job, can't say enough good things about them!

A four person team showed up promptly on time. A walk – thru to cross – reference inventory was conducted. They were cordial, polite, efficient in performing their duties. They were fluent in communicating in English . I highly recommend this company.

Mover Dudes were were extremely professional! The moving experience was the best ever! I requested a quote online. They called me the same day to confirm inventory and ask other detailed questions about the move. Matt and Mitchell were really great! They called an hour before the arrived. On arrival introduced themselves and explained the process and documents. They wrapped all the furniture very professionally. Not a single piece of furniture, door, wall etc. were scratched or damaged in any way during the move. I will definitely use Mover Dudes again in the future.
