Workers were very diligent about carefully wrapping and padding all furniture to be sure it was not damaged. 3 of the 4 team members were running in and out of the house to get the job done as quickly as possible. Workers used manners when asking for a bottle of water, the restroom, or to tell us they were taking a 5 minute break.

Wonderful. Price and service are the best in the business. I am especially pleased that they are a local company and they have agreat reputation. I was referred by several friends and business contacts so they came personally recommended to me by others that had used their service.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the gentlemen. They were very careful with covering carpet as well as the furniture. They run a very efficient operation. They are moving from the time they arrive until the job is done. I was so very impressed. I will be referring this service.

This company hires such helpful pleasant people! Because this move was arranged by an out of state relative, there were phone calls and emails flying back and forth in order to make all arrangements work. From the coordinator Mike Sprague to the dispatcher and moving guys, all were so nice to deal with. Their processes were explained clearly, pricing was competitive and their scheduling incredibly flexible (which turned out to be the most important part of the move...). There was a last minute glitch late on a Friday evening with getting into the new property and a new move date was imperative. Lots of calls were made with messages left at the office, calls made to Mike the coordinator along with emails and texts. This leads to the only constructive suggestion I can offer to MoverDudes: please consider an "after-hours" contact that can at least acknowledge emergency reschedule calls. We were not at all confident that the messages would be received in time to keep the Monday 8 a.m. crew from showing up at the house. Turns out, we were correct - the crew called Mon at 8:10 that they were on their way. When it was explained to them that we needed to re-schedule because of a property access issue, they were super pleasant and genuinely accommodating in making a new date work for all. My nieces have told me that the 3 movers that were assigned to the job were wonderful - quick, efficient,careful and very nice. They made a long, stressful day go much smoother than anticipated.

I had a tread stepper (work out machine) that I needed help moving. They were good, professional, and did a good job. They were in the time window they informed me. They disassembled, moved the machine, and reassembled. I am thinking the cost was around $600, but I am not sure of the exact cost. I called a few other moving companies and they were the cheapest out of the providers I called.

The movers were very professional and on time. There was a small issue with a roll being put in the wall. But a claim was put in and the entire process to get it fixed has gone smoothly. There were no issues when the items got to NJ.

After researching movers on Angie's List and other online resources and receiving a number of quotes from different movers, we selected Mover Dudes to perform our Charlottesville to Philadelphia move. Our initial contact with Mover Dudes was submitting an online form with the anticipated inventory of belongings that would be transported. We were promptly called by Mo of Mover Dudes who went over the inventory and the anticipated details of the move, and provided us with a quote, which was hundreds of dollars lower than the next lowest offer we had obtained. Mo was extremely courteous and professional and we booked the move. As the move date neared and packing was completed, we made a number of deletions and additions to the inventory; throughout the process, Mover Dudes was very flexible, with the overall addition of a number of boxes and suitcases raising the estimate by a minimal amount (less than thirty dollars). The day before the move, Mover Dudes contacted us with two hour windows for both the pickup time in Charlottesville and the delivery time in Philadelphia. On both days at both ends of the trip, they arrived right on time, called half an hour before arriving, and came ready to work. The move out went without any complications, with Mover Dudes carefully wrapping and packing all of the furniture, mirrors, pictures, etc. Because of the narrow streets and narrow stairway to be navigated at the Philadelphia location, the move in promised to be more challenging, but the Mover Dudes team handled it perfectly. Every one of the more than 50 boxes, items and pieces of furniture was delivered in perfect condition and was placed by the Mover Dudes team exactly where we wanted it. We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with this move. This brings us to the two people who we feel were most responsible for the tremendous service we received, and they are the members of the Mover Dudes moving team themselves. We simply cannot say enough good things about Chris and Earl -- friendly, professional, polite, strong, experienced and two of the hardest working guys you are likely to ever find. Despite the challenges of the stairways up to the apartment in Philadelphia and the record 100 degree heat, they made it look easy. Chris and Earl set the standard by which I'll judge any future movers that I use -- and so long as Mover Dudes goes where I need my things to go, those moves will be by Mover Dudes as well. Our hats are off to Chris, Earl and Mo; thank you Mover Dudes for an exceptional moving experience.

Anthony Harrison and his team showed up on time and could not have been nicer or more careful with my furniture and other household items. They were all polite, friendly and professional. I could not have asked for better service. This is my 2nd time using Mover Dudes and, whenever possible, would not use anyone else. I found the cost to be more than reasonable and well worth the high level of service provided. My team of 3 guys were absolutely amazing and kept their sense of humor through hauling all of my belongings up to my 3rd floor apartment (including a 300+ lb couch) on a pretty darn hot day!!!!! They are the absolute best. I would recommend them over and over and over again. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. This is an EXCEPTIONAL company!

Packing: this company did a phenomenal job packing everything! Our home was full of many fragile items and antique furniture and nothing was damaged at all. Moving in was a breeze! All the teams were exceedingly polite and efficient and we gladly tipped them 10% for the exceptional move! We recommend this company!

We had an initial price for $5500, after it was all said and done the services ended up being $1400 more than that which was not expected. I sent them a housing inventory because they said they couldn't come onsite. I had been in contact with this provider for a couple months because this was a big move, and had already had another provider warn me that this company might stick me at the end. I went with the better estimate, and it was not pleasant. Before I was blind sighted by the costs, they did not provide enough packers so that caused an issue. This was a three story home and they sent two packers. It was a couple, and the demeanor of their services and was not very friendly at anytime. I had items that were damaged, and at this point they have yet to help resolve that. The whole experience was icky for me and I have not received communication from the owner that I have requested, and have received a whole separate bill that is uncalled for and unexplained for about $1900. The only bright side was the drivers who were very helpful with unloading and extremely professional the whole way, I give them an A+ but the overall experience was not pleasant.

Best move ever! Went so smoothly. Mo did great our quote using their video app to record or stuff & Jeremy & Chis were the best movers from start to finish. Even got our own tuck the whole way & still, cheaper than prior moves & nothing was damaged for extra insurance & still were under the price of our original quote!

The move went great! John Synder and his team moved us. They were professional, efficient, quick, courteous, careful, and much more. There were four movers and they all were careful with our furniture. They did a complete inventory walk through before loading the truck, cross checking with the inventory list in my estimate. Then, when they showed up at the new house, we walked through every room, going over what furniture went where. Setting up the movers was great, as well! Deion was quick to respond to all my questions, via email and phone. He even handled my frequent change in inventory with patience. Everyone we dealt with at Mover Dudes was exceptional! This is our fourth move, and this was the best group of movers yet!
