Without any hesitation Frank at the showroom showed me all the available options for my budget including their wide variety of remnant selection as well. After my order, within a week the old countertops were removed and the new ones were installed. I am very satisfied in every aspect from their lovely people, speed, and quality of workmanship. "Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. Which were later were told by their electrician that he never did this before. This project was horror from the beginning. First they measured the area incorrectly and started to install the pergola in front of our windows. We had to point this out to them. They then had to lower our sunroom windows. Now here we in Feb 2026 the job is still not complete. I have reached out to them several times. We were not able to install a ceiling fan because of the incorrect measuring, and the pergola isn't functioning. Bad remote, incorrect electrical wiring??? Don't know. DO NOT HIRE THEM! "

"Shower needed to be recaulked Within a year shower door was not put in properly and still after being worked on is not right vinyl flooring has been a mess no underlayment was put down so there are buckles waves and nail pops of at least the count of 36 of them after a year. Transition strips came loose and once put back in the proper place the flooring is cut uneven so there are gaps where there is no flooring present. Took to small claims court but ultimately had to just say forget it because they hired a lawyer due to the fact that they were not willing to fight in small claims court had plenty of evidence of poor workmanship the floor needs to be gutted and replaced please beware in my opinion you need to stay clear of this company. They agreed to fix but then renewed and used an excuse that Lowe's could not get the flooring and while waiting for 4 months of corresponding the floor just got worse and worse, Untrustworthy."
