Excellent!! Thrilled with the work!! Brent is excellent and our installers James, Mahadi and Jimmy work like a well oiled machine. They are the best and always quick to answer any questions you might have. We are so thrilled with their work and my husband can’t stop looking at the finished shower. They take excellent care of your home and when they leave you have a beautiful shower and the work area is spotless. They also lay tarps down from your front door all the way into the work area. They are amazing and so thankful that we found them!

Renken did an AMAZING job on our shower remodel. Their salesman was kind, courteous, direct and honest with us. Everything we asked for happened within the timeline they said it would. And the shower looks awesome. I would recommend them to anyone!

Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!

Ethan, the sales associate did a great job explaining how Renken does their work and the selection of patterns was in the color range that my wife was interested in. Mahadi was the installer and did a superb job. Great eye for detail and excellent finish. He asked questions to confirm what I wanted or to clarify something. He got the job done in 2 days which included removing moldy green board, replacing one stud which had mold. He treated everything and then did the sealer before installing the finished surface. One other thing...we covered everything in the bedroom with drop cloths but we didn't have a lot of dust. Mahadi didn't use a sledge to knock down walls. He cut out each section and carried it out of the house, minimizing the amount of dust and debris. My wife was REALLY HAPPY about that. There was a little mix up on the shower style but that was resolved the next day by Dan. He was punctual and made sure that everything operated as desired. Amber and Ebony in the office do a great job. Amber does the scheduling and Ebony does the customer service. Both are tops and really make a difference to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied. We are happy with the workmanship and service. Yes, I would recommend Renken to friends and have already had a personal contact ask who did our remodel.

Renken Remodeling is a top-notch company. From the initial presentation to the final steps in the remodeling process, everything was done professionally and with care. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next bathroom remodel. I very much appreciated how they stayed on top of the project and gave us realistic timelines. Went way above my expectations.

Excellent. Nicole sold me on the order; Dan and Mahadi were great installers. They did the work in a timely manner & cleaned up their mess perfectly. I adore the new bathtub & surroundings. I highly recommend this group for all your bathroom or remodeling needs as I would definitely hire them again!!

Of the three quotes we got on our Bathroom project, Dan sold us with his smooth straightforward no pressure presentation. The gentleman who came to finalize the measurements to properly order parts was very helpful and we had an informative conversation. Then there was Mahoudi who was alone performing the demo and rebuild. He properly prepared our wood floors to protect them. He was courteous, professional and kept us informed as the project progressed. All together Renken hit a Home run. 5+ solid stars. You will never go wrong to hire Renken.

Everyone from Dan who helped design what we needed to Hector, outstanding professionals. Hector was so respectful and cleaned up each day before he left. In addition, he was able to work well with my handyman and his crew who were doing other parts of the project. Beautiful work!

Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating.

Renken did a great job of communicating throughout the process. The design process was very helpful. The crews and company left us with a beautiful bathroom.

I had an initial consultation with Renken Remodeling (Nicole Shew) on October 30, 2020 in our home located at 4227 Upper Park Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030 beginning at approximately 5:00 P.M. Some initial measurements were taken and expectations discussed during the preliminary survey of the existing shower. We then went downstairs to the kitchen area where Ms. Shew displayed a lengthy video which provided information regarding building materials, material quality, installation, construction, and craftsmanship. Multiple assurances were given related to the quality and grade of the product as a whole. Sue and I decided to retain the services of Luxury Bath Technologies and made the initial payment by check for $4,400 with a total figure at completion of $13,200 Additional measurements and preparations were made by Luxury Bath Technologies personnel (employees, contractors, and/or sub-contractors) on the following dates along with the provision of additional payments. We were told that these payments were required to cover material fabrication costs prior to delivery and installation. Dates and payment figures are as follows: • 10/30/2020 $4,400 –Initial Payment • 11/10/2020 $4,400—Payment for measurement and factory cut of materials I entered the master bathroom to review the work shortly after the contractor’s departure and were initially utterly disappointed with the craftsmanship. I noted extensive gaps in the material due to improper fit and poor shaping/cutting, improper use of green board in violation of code, cement-adhesive appears to be splattered on creating air pockets and inadequate stability, purposeful placement over existing tile has created enormous unmitigated air pockets for water, fungus/mold, and bacteria to fester. Renken glued plastic sheets over rather than replace existing wall materials known to be compromised and saturated with and damaged by water to include tile, walling material, and wooden joists. Renken Industries is in violation of VCPA 59.1-200 5) Misrepresenting that goods or services have certain quantities, characteristics, ingredients, uses, or benefits 6) Misrepresenting that goods or services are of a particular standard, quality, grade, style, or model 8) Advertising goods or services with intent not to sell them as advertised, or with intent not to sell at the price or upon the terms advertised: 5,6,8--Renken Industries ignored the County Permit & Inspection Process. I later requested a code inspector who "failed" Renken's "work" 6,8--Renken advertises pictures of their work which I later found on other company websites 6,8--Renken advertises "custom laser fabrication" in both the consumer agreement/contract and its solicitation materials. However, the parts installed by Renken appear to be cut by a hand saw and are not fitted properly with over 1" gaps between the shower walls. This false promise was used to justify pricing and cost $4,400 alone 5,8--Renken installed "green" board with unsealed edges instead of "cement" board sealed with "red tape" 5,6--Renken Industries installed plumbing without a plumbing license 5,6,8--Renken industries advertises a full-tear out of existing fixtures. However, they merely placed their plastic board material over existing tile creating enormous gaps which they filled with intermittently placed scrapwood

We love our new bathroom. Install was completed in a day as promised. Our installer, Hector, went above and beyond. He made the install go seamlessly and the end result was amazing. Chris was also part of the install team and kept the job flowing and did an excellent job at clean up!!! Thanks for transforming our bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

The job went well. All bathrooms turned out even better than I envisioned. The workers were polite, professional, and respectful of our property. They were a pleasure to work with and coordinated all the projects so that we always had at least one working bathroom and shower while they were remodeling. The project took 5 days to complete and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. I would happily recommend them.

It was poor. I would never use them and recommend them to others.
