"After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." "Disclosure loved the awning when it worked. Purchased and had an A& Awning installed 1.5 years ago. Attempted to use it the beginning of the summer. Awning would only move approximate 1 every time the button is pressed. So I manually extended the awning. Tried other times throughout the summer after swapping the battery in the remote with no luck. Called A & Awning and explained the issue and I was told it sounds like the motor needs to be either reprogrammed or replaced. Was also told during the conversation that there is 5 year warranty on the motor that is covered but I would be required to pay $175.00 service fee, which I do not agree with. We spent thousands of dollars on an item that we used for only one summer and a handful of times and now need to spend more money on to fix a warrantied part. I honestly wish I would have just spent a little more money and had a permanent overhead future installed."
