Description of Work: A gentleman came by and was on time, he knew exactly what to do to install a new toilet and left with it working. I think that their company title "Handyman" fits well as they seem to do a lot of things. I can't vouch for big complex assignments in plumbing or anything else, but this guy and his work were fine. Pray for more like him.

Description of Work: Top Dog came out and replace a hose bib that had burst during the winter. They called me before they arrived, came on time, were very courteous, professional and did a great job. Kyle was the gentleman that came and serviced our house and he was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing handyman/plumbing type work and will be calling them again in the future! Ended up having a problem with the hose bib that was replaced. It was leaking some. I contacted them and they came back out and redid the work for no charge and replaced everything that was done before. They are professional, reliable and stood by their work, which is what I expect in a contractor - would definitely recommend them for standing by their work.

Description of Work: Washing machine would not drain, and would not go in to spin cycle. Called around to get a service man to come out for Kenmore. An estimate cost from Sear's and a few others were charging approx 85-100. for service call. TopDog gave a free estimate - provided me with the details of what the problem was and order parts for repair. The job took maybe 30-40 minutes. Rod was effecient and prompt with his response on the parts and the repair. He offered additonal advice on other services his company provided, to include maintenance package, winterizing home, and saving costs on heating and electricity.
