Hello. Please call into our office and ask to speak with our service manager if there is a problem with a service we provided. As far as costs go our pricing is extremely competitive for the services we provide may times much lower than the competition. I am confident if you had multiple reputable hvac companies price this installation you would fine our pricing right in line and most the time cheaper.

Description of Work: Excellent service, very good price. McCrea explained their services to me very well (had a new heat pump installed - inside and outside units), so I was very sure of what my options were and what I was getting. Installation team showed up promptly at advertised time and completed removal and installation of entire HVAC system in about 3 hours.

Description of Work: This was an estimate on the cost to replace HVAC. However, I've been using them for years to service my existing system as their company is the one who installed when house was built. I've always found them to be responsive, thorough and more importantly, honest. In other words, even though my HVAC was getting up there in age they never once tried to push me into replacement or spend money on something that wasn't needed. |Now after this most recent appointment, I contacted them directly to replace my system and I'm confident I will not regret it.
