Description of Work: Our AC stopped working and we needed it fixed right away. We saw the coupon in Angie's and decided to give them a try. They came out promptly and fixe the problem quickly. The only complaint I have is that the price to replace a busted capacitor seemed a bit high.

Description of Work: The evaperator coil had a leak and had to replaced. The part was under warranty but the work was still very expensive. However, they are always professional and I trust them to do good work.

Thanks for putting your trust in McCrea. We use flat rate pricing that is comparable and in most cases less than our competition. This type of job is extensive and the refrigerant is not covered under the warranty. Glad the guys did a good job for you.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump/air handler. The crew was very responsive to my questions and professional in performing their jobs. They took their shoes off when coming into the house and cleaned up after the job was completed. Greg, the team leader, Ruben, and Ray worked diligently to get the work done. I would ask for this crew again in the future.

Description of Work: I have used this company for 13 years and consistently, year after year, they provide timely, high quality service and products. Their employees are always helpful and friendly. I have a maintenace contract with them which covers maintaining my furnace and air conditioning unit each season. This past Wednesday they replaced my furnace and A/C unit. The work was done quickly, professionally and with genuine care and courtesy. I cannot say enough about this fine, family owned business. I trust them implicity and would recommend them to anyone.
