This was same day service call. The call was professionally handled and the technician came on time within alloted hours. He explained the problem in detail and was very professional. The overall job took no more than 15 minutes. I thought the price was little expensive but that was probably due to same day service. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend to any one who needs immediate plumbing work.

The plumber showed at at the scheduled time and repaired a leaking shower head for about half the cost of another company listed as an Angie's List as an A rated and "Best of" company, the plumber, Trevor, was very courteous and patient in explaining the repair and in providing a breakdown in the cost estimate. He seemed knowledgable and highly competent.

As you can see this was an expensive job. Peed plumbing had the best bid for this work and even beat out another company by over $3000! After signing the proposal, scheduling the job was a breeze. The rough in took two days. Both Pat and Jourdan did OUTSTANDING work. This was a complete gut job, with moving a toilet from one side of the room to another, re-plumbing the vanity water supply, drain, and vent, and finally plumbing the shower with two temperature/flow valves, one multifunction valve, three body sprays, two handhelds, and one rain shower head. In addition to the rough in work, they set the fixtures once the tile, wallboard, and vanity were in place. If you are planning a high end bathroom remodel, you can't go wrong with Peed Plumbing. They have the knowledge to work with Hansgrohe, Kohler, and other premium brands. Their professionalism, friendly demeanor, and doing the job correctly has earned all my future plumbing business. While performing the work, both Pat and Jourdan had no issues explaining exactly what they were doing. Thank you for an awesome job!

Technician showed up right on time. Right to business, cut holes in drywall and determined that there was a leak on the roof with the neighbors house where they join together. Fast and quick, highly recommend them.

We had a dispute with Peed over the amount our repair cost as well as the short time their technician spent at our house. To their credit, Peed was extremely professional in resolving our dispute with them and refunded a portion of the original cost per our request. We are very satisfied!!

Jordan did a great job. He was thorough. He was polite. The job was done professionally. He even put my hot water cover back on for me.

The whole experience was Amazon-like. Hassle free and professional. The person who did the job was courteous and punctual. Knew what he was doing and was easy to work with. My only issue is that Peed is pricey. I know there is a price tag for quality but I still think they are quite pricey.

Repairman was not professional - took two personal calls during a conversation with me about my repair - found this unsatisfactory.

Unbelievably helpful. I came home after midnight to a broken water pipe with a resultant fountain in the garage and, oddly, a water faucet inside the house that refused to shut off. I called the 24-hour number and got a call back in moments. Because the break was mercifully not in the main house but rather in the garage, it was not an emergency in the sense of destroying the house but I had to stop the leakage. For some reason my brain had shut down and I was having trouble following the lines and ensuring I was getting to the right shutoff valve. He very patiently, despite the hour, stepped me through taking care of the problem, waited for pictures that I texted to him to transmit (they never did) and then took more time to ensure that the problems were under control. Once the critical line was shut off he ensured that I tested other lines, got the faucet that had been running for no discernible reason to shut off, and made sure there was no emergency in any part of the plumbing system. He said that if I wanted him to come out to fix the break I could contact the company to schedule it, but it was clear (and I readily agreed) that it could wait until the plumbers were significantly less busy chasing after real emergencies. When I talked to him about how to pay, he insisted that he was happy to help me out of the situation and refused to accept payment. The courtesy and thoughtfulness and good humor were remarkable. That they were offered in the middle of the night when he had to have been sleep-deprived chasing emergencies with broken pipes inside dwellings was more so. That he did it for no charge: really, I can't say enough positive things about my interaction with him.

XX came over to look at the plumbing of the toilets I have four toilets the same model. One of them sells after a minute or two at a much lower level than the others. XX said that was normal. I pressed for a reason and he still n said it was normal. I told home the same toilet's water level gets lower by itself faster than the other toilets and that the room the problem toilet is in is the coldest room in the home. XX still said that was normal. also my hose bib after winterizing continues to bleed water everyday when I open the bleeder. XX said because he didn't do the install he doesn't know if that's normal.

I was very pleased with the quick response when I contacted Peed Plumbing, but decided to use another plumbing service nearer to my home. Because of their concern and several calls re: the drainage problem, I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. I truly appreciated their followup calls and their readiness to do the job.

Repairman discovered two leaks, repaired both of them, and provided me with a detailed explanation of what had occured in order for myself and the insurance company to go after the appliance installation company.

A water shutoff valve in our basement wall started leaking and the water spread out from the wall to the carpet. I called Peed for emergency weekend service. Great response time and communication: I got a call back within 20 minutes of speaking with the answering service, another call to confirm a plumber would be coming in a couple of hours, and another call from Michael to let me know he was on his way. Michael went over our options with us and we had him replace the valve. Leak has stopped and we are very pleased with the service and reasonable price. We will definitely call Peed for any plumbing issues in the future.

Arrived on time to provide free estimate for new water heater.

Went well.... on time and worked at a timely manor. The work took less than an hour and was over half the cost quoted over the phone by other pluming services!

Whiile responsive this was a non emergency event. I called Monday and schedule a call for Tuesday. I had rebuilt my toilet on Sunday.. Decided to replace the wall shut off value in the process could got get the old sleve on the copper pipe off. So i used it with the new shut off valve. It had a small leak which was not a steady drip but needed to be fixed. So I came to Angies list and found Peed with A reviews. The job is small 10-15' minutes so i expected i would pay a premium. However $200 is riducusly small given this is a compression fitting with a sleve. I defintely don't recommend them to anyone because of the price.

I did not meet the gentleman but my husband said he was very nice. We had same day service, he did an excellent work and finished in a short time.

We have done business with Peed Plumbing for years and have not been disappointed. The two plumbers that service our area are really great. Carl is the one who usually comes to our house. He is just a super nice person. (He even gave us vegetables from his garden which was so kind!) Super honest.. just truly a great person. He has been a plumber for 48 years so he has seen it all. For whatever services we have needed, we have always been happy. Although Peed might be a little more expensive than some, their employees are honest, stay at the company and are experts at what they do. Next time we have an issue, we will call Peed again.

It was a very pleasant experience. Ed from customer service, who I scheduled my appointment with called me the morning of my appointment to let me know the tech's eta. Then the tech called me when he was about 10 minutes out. He was very, very nice, helpful & informative. He wore booties in the house to keep it clean. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also told me how to help by doing some preventative maintenance on my own. He cleaned up all his mess and then some. You couldn't even tell he had been there, except for the fact that my drain was no longer clogged. My six year old son was home with me while he was there and he is like your shadow. Dave was great with him and told him some cool stories that had my son very intrigued. I would definitely go back to Peed Plumbing again and again based off of this first experience.

It went well. I had no issues with them. They were quick and was pretty amazed by how quickly they could have come out and taken care of everything. I would use them again in the future.

I called Peed Plumbing after waiting over a week to hear back from my home warranty company to send a plumber. i decided to get on Angie's List to find a vendor myself. The day I called Peed Pluming I received excellent customer service. The woman at the office could have sent a plumber the day that I called, but I was already at work and couldn't accept that appointment. I was offered a morning appointment the next day. The technician came the next day and on time. The gentleman was very polite and efficient. He was able to replace a portion of the pipe and seal the sections very quickly. I would recommend Peed Plumbing to others.

After weeks of trying to fix a running toilet and putting up with a thumbing noise in my pipes, I called Peed Plumbing at 11:45 AM after I saw them on Angie's list. It is now 1:30 PM and everything is taken care of at a reasonable price. And this included a visit and having to run out to a supplier for a part and revisit. Great service and professionalism, and best of all I have found my new go to plumber!
