The plumber was very friendly and courteous. After the diagnosis, he discussed the various options and costs. After he cleaned the heater, he ran it for a bit to make sure that it was actually fixed. He did not leave a mess behind. Regarding the price, I don't know if the price is good or not.

The company was a pleasure to work with. Although I wish the next available appointment was a little sooner than 3 days after calling, I didn't feel my problem was a plumbing emergency and I wanted to use the Angie's list deal. The plumber that came out was extremely profession, punctual, and competent. Surprisingly, he was able to figure out the source of the water on the ceiling and it turned out to be a relatively easy fix. In addition, he was able to quickly figure out what was causing the issue with a toilet that continued to run even after a handyman had just come out to replace all the insides. The handyman (when called the next day to say that it was still running) replied that we must need a whole new toilet! Needless to say, we were happy that Peed was able to figure out the problem and fix it easily and inexpensively. I'm not sure what their normal rates are, but I'm definitely going to use them next time I have a plumbing issue instead of going with a handyman (which cost me more and didn't fix the problem).

They were good. They do all the plumbing work in this community.

I called them at 9:30 a.m.; they said they could come out the same day but didn't know when and would give 30 minutes notice. They called at 1:30 and the serviceman, John, came out at 2:00. Total professional, clear in communication, no nonsense or upwell, showed me what's what and proceeded to do the job on my ok. All went very well; job well done, a modest discount from Angie's List saved us some bucks, and we are pleased with the job.

I had been having a lot of trouble with repeating clogged drains. To make a long story short, the problem was diagnosed by my regular plumber but he could not resolve it easily. He recommended PEED and they successfully fixed the issues.

We bought our house in Manassas about a month ago. While at the inspection everything was fine, we had two plumbing problems within the course of this week. First service was on 9/23. The air gap by the dishwasher was spewing water during the drain cycle. It turned out in addition to the air gap being fixed, the pipes below the sink were not done correctly. The gentleman fixed everything under the sink and nothing leaks anymore. He was fast and knowledgeable. My sister was home while the work was done so I didn't meet him, but he was pleasant and courteous over the phone. Total for that fix was about $275 after our 15% off Angie's List coupon. Second service was this morning. Last night, we discovered a leak in our basement from the pressure regulating valve where the water comes in to the house. Last night it was a slow drip, but this morning it was a full-fledged leak that kept spewing water even after we shut it off. We called Peed first thing (about 7:05 and they were at our house by 8:20. The gentleman fixed the problem quickly and even replaced our shutoff valve at no extra charge. Total for that service after the coupon was about $375. That coupon saved us a lot this week! Overall, I would recommend Peed Plumbing - they did a great job and were able to fix the problems quickly. Will be using them in the future!

The rep was very efficient installing the system we needed. Price seemed reasonable and discount because we found on Angie’s List was good.

My hot water heater stopped working. The technician, Paul, was very helpful and professional. The problem turned out to be something I could have easily done myself IF I knew what I was looking for, but Paul took care of me and the parts were all under warranty.

They gave me a window of 10-2 on a Friday, and I received a call at exactly 2:00 saying they were on their way. They arrived at approximately 2:45. The plumber investigated the area with the water problem, and quickly said the problem is not a plumbing issue -- that the problem was the condensate drain for my AC (the condensate line was over the drain, but not entire in the drain). The plumber did not investigate the drain, or do any other trouble shooting. He advised that I contact a HVAC contractor. The HVAC contractor came out the following Monday, and after checking the drain, was able to determine that there was a clog in the drain (which forced the condensate drain out), and since the drain is not working properly, the water is backing up into the basement. I advised Peed of this information, but did not receive any response. I am now faced with having a different plumber come out to fix a problem that could have been fixed almost a week ago if Peed had taken the time to investigate the drain.

Water was coming through the kitchen cabinets. We were expecting a major repair. We were able to locate the general area of the leak but we couldn't find the exact location nor could we reach it or repair it. They found it, repaired it, and discussed possible reasons for the problem as well as possible solutions and estimates to help minimize future issues. We don't have any way to compare prices because both times the issue needed to be resolved immediately and we couldn't spend time getting multiple estimates. The repair didn't take an incredibly long time but the price pays for time and knowledge. This is the second time we have used this company. We hope we don't need them again but if we do, we plan to use them again.

Great. Very friendly and no more damage than was necessary to id and fix leaking pipe. Very professional.

As they use neither method I asked, I was unaware of this response until today (8/17/2014). Since I had not heard from them I called on 8/15/2014. The receptionist was very polite and took down the information about the estimate for which I was looking. The woman I was transferred to however was not so nice and sounded as if I were interrupting her day (attitude!). Further more, she did not bother to read the receptionist's note and I had to repeat everything I had told the receptionist. Not a big deal but I was making this call on my break at work and and not have much time. When she finally understood what I was looking for i was informed they would have to send a plumber and he would assess the estimate and it would cost $69.00. this would be refunded if I chose them for the job. I spent several years in my younger days as a plumber's helper and in the construction business and I am sorry but we had never charged anyone for an estimate! It is not as if I were asking them to diagnose a problem. I do understand they would have had to come out and take measurements so as to estimate the appropriate amount of materials needed but hardly anything to charge for. I would be willing to bet they do not charge developers a fee to bid on a subdivision! My guess is they are very high priced and they know it, so they get $69 out of you while they can! It really is quite a shame. I only tried to reach them as many times as I did because of their reviews here. In this case I feel the reviews were not indicative of the actual company. I am glad now to here they could not quote this job even though they never do explain why.

All seemed to go well in setting up the service. On the day the plumber was to arrive, I waited until the end of what I thought was a two hour service window and called to see if he was coming. I was told that Peed Plumbing has a four hour service window and he would be there. The woman I spoke with was rather abrupt and impatient. I think it is OK if I want to call to determine whether or not a service is still on whether or not it is at the end of the service window. I do expect to be treated with courtesy. The plumber did indeed arrive and all seemed to go well. Unfortunately, ever since he was here one of the toilets he worked on has, intermittently, started to run and then turn off. It is not all the time nor is it predictable as to when it will happen. I simply do not want to set up another four hour service window wait time to see if they can find what is wrong and, frankly, I don't really want to deal with them again. Overall, it was more the unpleasantness of interacting with this company that got in the way. If I thought I would be treated better I would have at least looked into getting the problem with the toilet cleared up.

Nice guys on the phone plus they agreed to come by to give an estimate first so that lured me enough to hire them. In the end I realized I paid way too much for the service. If I had gone with a smaller company, I probably could have saved $100.

Leak was fixed. Would highly recommend.

Mitch was our plumber from Peed plumbing. He was ontime,ready and able to knock out numerous projects around the house. The projects included 1. changing the front hose bib because it was broken (just changed last year by another plumber), Completely redo the water heater installation and mount it on a platform with a pan and copper not plastic pipes (previous plumber had reused all plastic parts, pipes, no pan , no new valves, no platform not up to code and charged me $300 for a simple remove and replace installation. Even if i wanted parts-- he didnt have any). Mitch also replace the main house valve that was original and frozen, and added a new ose bib off the garage making it easier to wash the cars. All work was great and completed ontime and on budget. Great plumber thanks

They did very well. I used them instead of Home Depot people. They are reliable and they do a good job.

Jordan arrived on the same day I called to investigate a leak in our basement ceiling. After looking around he determined that it was coming from inside the mechanism under the dishwasher.

Called to schedule service to fix a leaking sink/garbage disposal. Responsiveness was good as they offered to send someone out that same day. Schedule service two days later and was given a show time between 8-12am. At 1145 we got a call saying the plumber was running behind and would be there in another hour and a half. No real apology, just whatever... The plumber finally showed at 3pm, 3 hours late to a 4 hour service window. I took a half day off of work...that turned into a full day off, to get this fixed. Once there, he was professional and did a great job replacing the disposal at a decent price. However, I will not use Peed again, I will look for someone that's a little more respectful of my time.

All went well. Installer knew his job. He was well skilled , curtious and professional.

The tech came by about an hour late on the original window that was provided between 12-4pm. I got a call around 1630 advising that he was on his way. It didn't really mater since i was home all day. That part I wasn't too happy about. The tech finally arrived and took a look at the issue. Very nice guy and knowledgeable. He proposed an estimate for a new vanity and the snaking. The price was decent and this had to be done, so we went with it. We were only going to snake the pipe but wanted to resolve the issue long term since there was some leaking around the pipes. So, we bought a new vanity put that in since the pedestal sink was horrible. The tech came back the next day to install the Vanity but I had bought the wrong size. We rescheduled for the following day and was on the same page about everything. He was able to install this and snake out the pipe in a 4 hour window. All in all very happy with the work. The tech worked very meticulously and covered everything he did. I was very impressed and will definitely hire these guys again.

I can't say anything but good things about this company. I had no water at 3 pm and had a new well pump in at 1:30 am. They showed up at 7 pm and worked really hard the whole time installing a well pump to 350ft. Even though it was late at night, the worksmanship was flawless. They were meticulous in their attention to detail when the hour of the day would have motivated them to cut corners. They're my go-to plumber from now on.
