It is great. They were terrific. They presented themselves lovely, they were great. They were efficient, they knew what was wrong, unlike the person that came the first time. The other guy took hours and did not fix it, but they fixed it twenty minutes, maybe thirty.

NEW construction Lets see...placed pipes in wrong locations; had a flood from a major leak into a basement which they would not pay to change out the carpeting or sheet rock. And we've had several problems with upstairs leaks since the original build. Only thought to put this comment in because I got a notice that Peed is combining with CroppMetcalfe...based on my experience with Peed I won't be using them either.

They said they would be at my location between 12-5pm. I had to call them after 5. The person anwering the phone said they tried to call me and that the calls went right to voice mail the only problem with that story is that I don't have voice mail and I had my phone with me ALL day so I would not miss their call. I have a record of all in coming calls and not one of my calls was from them. I waited for 5 hours for them and had to take off work. My time is very valuable and this was just poor service. I clearly will not never call them.

Arrived at the scheduled time. Very polite and pleasant. Worked efficiently without rushing. Explained the charges thoroughly. Worked neatly and cleaned up after he finished.

Replaced leaking pipe above water heater which required soldering and solvent welding several connections.

Super job. They replaced our sewer sanitation line when we had an emergency breakdown. They took care of all the permits and inspections. They explained everything completely. They even replanted shrubbery and reseeded grass when they were done. Very professional in everyway. In the end, the cost was $300 less than the estimate!

He explained that leak was coming thru the shower enclosure and/or tile grout just outside the shower on the floor. However he did not find the major break in the PVC drain pipe which ended up being the real source of all the ceiling and wall damage.

Peed was very responsive from the start. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time to provide an estimate on a new hot water heater and to check out a minor plumbing issue. The representative was very helpful with the minor issue and provided a quote for the water heater (I already knew what I wanted). The price was reasonable and Peed gave a good discount for using Angie's list. To my surprise, Peed was able to replace the water heater within a few hours. I would definately use Peed again.

Mitch of Peed Plumbing is a true professional! He was able to install the pipes inside a cupboard below a sink in the laundry room. Other plumbers had said that the dryer would end up being in the middle of the room with pipes behind it, but Mitch came up with this ingenious solution! He was very neat, organized, and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend Mitch, and Peed Plumbing!

Plumber stated unable to assist with leak in shower referring to tile and drywall company. He was very informative.

They were good. The services went fine and the man from Peed Plumbing was on time, professional and courteous. I would use them in the future.

They cleaned the duct through the house; we had two vents that supplied the ducts. It went fine; we were having work done outside of the house. So, after they came in, we noticed however that the filter that they suggested we use another product. So, we decided to change on the advice they gave us. Other that they resolved the issues we were having. I would say that they resolved our duct issue but they were a little pricey; we really don’t have much to compare it to, but we just felt that they were a bit expensive.

Friday the 16th in the evening we discovered water in the cabinet below our kitchen sink. To make a long story short, Saturday morning I called Peed Plumbing based on reviews in Angie's List. They agreed to send a plumber on Saturday. Unfortunately, he was involved in an accident on the way to our house late that afternoon and no other plumber was available. Peed agreed to send one first thing Monday morning. They charged the normal service fee fee and reduced the cost of labor for installing the faucet by 50% due to the delay. Great customer service! Peed called Monday morning to advise the plumber was on the way. John arrived, and began the work immediately. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and cleaned up the area afterward. A most pleasant experience. Peed Plumbing will be our plumbers from now on.

Peed had a bit of trouble identifying the problem and it ended up taking 4 visits before they "finished". I eventually had to have another plumber come in to finish the job. All in all, though, Peed lowered the price so I didn't have to pay for the 2.5 visits where nothing was accomplished. I guess that's better than being charged hundreds of dollars. I wasn't thrilled with the results, but they seemed fair enough on the phone.

I have used Peed for years. I wouldn't use anyone else ever again. I did that once upon a time, before I found Peed, and I was very, very sorry. The folks at Peed actually know what they are doing. Peed has done everything for me, including fixing pipes that sprung a leak (I have acidic well water), installing a de-acidifier to take care of the problem at the source, servicing said de-acidifier regularly, repairing the hose for my refrigerator's icemaker, and much more. The work is always excellent; I never have any issues with that! They always come when they say they will, too. If I make an appointment, they show up on time. If I call for an emergency, they come fairly quickly. Peed treats me right! Their service people are wonderful human beings.

First time I used Peeds I was very happy. Second time still okay. Third time they had to come out to my home was because BF and splashed water on valve of hot water heater (HTW), (that should have been under counter, but I was so happy to get hot water), and it caused the HTW to not work. Called Peeds and was charged 250.00 to fix it. Why didn't the first plumber who came out `1st, 2nd time tell me to not get an area of the HTW wet. I didn't know to ask...it's a WATER heater. Why was I charged 250.00 for a 5 min fix after being a first time customer. I called Peeds and was put off by the manager who eventually called me after the holidays. I am still undecided whether to call them back. I am so disappointed b/c I really liked my plumber.

First off, the repairman was about 45 minutes late - He arrived, found the problem immediately and shortly thereafter, he was finished after turning a small screw to release the pressure so the pipe could drain. He left. End of story.

Plumber showed up in time. Was very pleasant and capable. He fixed the problem in under an hour.

When the service provider looked at it he initially gave me an exaggerated estimate of $600 for having to pull the pipe elbow under the flange and potentially digging into the wall/ceiling. I have already opened this and quite aware of what needs to be done, but don't have the tools for it. When I objected to that I was given an alternate quote for $340 that would not involve replacing the flange but rather a Spanner Flange to go under the original.

I made a call for peep plumbing company for new replacement of kitchen faucet. I never expected that appointment can be happen on the same day. But it happens. What do you expect more. The plumber came to my house and replaced my purchased faucet. It all went well. One more thing I noticed that he didn't push you for unnecessary service which we are very happy with. One more good thing is that I purchased two hour deals. But work is only done for one hour. I am able to contact Angie's list to get extra hour refund. Everything went well. I will definitely went with this company again if I have other problems. Thanks.

** BEST experience with a service provider EVER! ** the Technician-- Carl--was OUTSTANDING ** I've owned a dozen homes, so I've had my share of plumbing problems over several decades. I have a cut-off valve for my outside faucets that I thought was leaking and needed repair. Turns out--with Carl's education to me--that the valve was fine, I just wasn't using it properly. Carl walked me through how to drain the system and the operation of the bleeder valve--I didn't even know there was one on that cut-off. Two days before I called Peed's I was under the house in the crawlspace and saw some standing water right at the entry point for the water feeder line into the house--I figured the feeder line was leaking. I had noticed my last water bill was ~15% higher than normal, so I thought that all fit. Carl inspected the feeder line and the entire front area of the crawlspace and fully explained to me why it was not the feeder line, but seepage from all the rain we've been having. We went outside to the front of the house and he showed me why that was happening. He also fully explained what would be happening if the feeder line had a leak. I could not be happier with the service provided by Carl and Peed's Plumbing. If I need plumbing work in the future, they are the only people I will call.

I called PEED Plumbing on 11/27 for a leaking thermal expansion tank after my home warranty company was unable to locate any of their contractors with 24/7 availability. The technician returned my call right away and explained that he was on a job and a had a few other jobs to complete, but would be available as soon as he could. When he was prepared for my job he phoned for the information and based on my description of the problem, assured me that he had the necessary equipment on his truck to complete the job before making the trip. He informed me that although Peed does not work with warranty companies he would be willing to call them when he arrived to obtain an authorization code so I could potentially be reimbursed. He called back with the bad news that the warranty covers the hot water heater, but does not cover the expansion tank. I did have to pay an emergency fee which was explained to me upfront and reasonable considering it was a holiday.

The first technician that came out to my home was not able to fix the problem, Peed Plumbing Inc was able to respond to my request quickly and resolve the problem. The plumber Michael that was sent to my home did a fabulous job! I was very happy the the service i got from Peed Plumbing Inc.
