Description of Work: Our toilet had been running off and on over a few months time. My husband tried to fix it several times but after a few flushes, we were right back to square one. The man that came out, whose name I do not remember, knew immediately what the problem was, ran out to pick up the part, and came back shortly thereafter and had it fixed. Very happy with their service!

Description of Work: I regret purchasing this coupon. We set up an appointment, at which time I learned that there was a service charge (approximately 60$) to come out and provide an estimate. Fine, so the service technician came out (within the window we arranged) and provided an estimate and then left. We took a few hours, discussed the estimate, and decided to go ahead with the repairs. However, despite numerous calls, we were never able to get a hold of the service technician again. At first, it seemed understandable as the 4th of July weekend was approaching; however, through the end of July we never received a response. While I could certainly continue to call and schedule yet another appointment through the office, I don't feel like I should have to hound a service provider, especially when their designated representative isn't responsive. They may well do great work.

Description of Work: They were fabulous came out to install a pedestal sink and they did it the first day but I wasn't exactly pleased with the gap that was between the pedestal stand in the sink so I called them and said that I really wanted it to be flushed together and someone came out and fixed it no charge and I'm very pleased with the outcome and I love my pedestal sink. They were very prompt professional and I'm quite pleased with the end result I would recommend them highly to anyone that I asked!!
