Great! Dave's troubleshooting efforts and repair corrected a leak that other roofing contractors failed to correct/adequately repair. No evidence whatsoever of a leak following the torrential rain that we had earlier this week.

Quick, professional service. Provided good details on the work that he did and recommendations.

Dave and his co-worker came back a couple of days later, removed all the siding between the 2nd and 3rd floor windows on that side of the house, ripped out the old moisture barries shielding, installed the new moisture barrier shielding, taped and sealed up any/all J-channels and seams and re-installed the siding. Have had several bad storms come through the area since April and not a drip of water has come through that window since. Mission accomplished. Dave and his co-worker knew what they were doing, evaluated the issue correctly and completed the job in a very timely manner... Dave and co-worker did the job in approx 4-5 hours once they started (worked thru lunch kind of thing)... I would hire Princess Anne Contracting in a heartbeat if I have a similar problem occur again.

They responded quickly, They did what need to be done. They were in and out in no time. They cleaned after them selves.

I have used Princess Anne Contracting Inc. to replace my roof. Dave did the job in January of 2013 and I did have a lot of stuff going on beside in my house. The house is in really good condition now. He removed all of the shingles and replaced them with really nice top of the line GAF timberline shingles, included trimming some tree branches. He cleaned my gutters. Then he took them apart and replaced any rotted wood that he found. He then put back the gutters and the gutter guards, because I have gutter guards on my house as well. Any wood that he found was replaced and if it needed to be painted to match the color of my trim, he painted it for me. He did the whole nine yards. He did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him anytime. They are very respectful of the home owner and the property. They were just really a pleasure to work with, very polite. If you are a woman and no one's home, sometimes you get these guys that are not so respectful. They never gave me that impression. They very much respected everything I said. They were just really nice. I don't mind recommending them to others. I like them a lot. They even came back to look for a stupid squirrel which chewed right through the wood. I stuffed a whole bunch of chicken wire in the hole the squirrel chewed through the wood. They came right out to look at it. They said to wait a little bit because sometimes when squirrels start chewing they will come back, and you replace the wood and they chew through it again, and you replace them again and they chew through it again. So I will probably have them come back in the spring and hopefully the stupid squirrel won't be around.

Princess Anne Contracting has the best service and quality of product I have experienced in a very long time. Most of the home-maintenance decisions I make, I do based on the advice of an industry representative. This can often leave me feeling slightly taken advantage of. Not so with Princess Anne Contracting. David and Ricky are honest, transparent, and have zero ?skeez-factor?? a refreshing change from what seems to be the norm these days. I emailed Dave, heard back from him same day, he gave me an estimate and some sample shingles to pick from (color/style). Once I?d settled on my favorite, he arranged for all the details with zero delay. My home is a typical two story 4br/2.5 bath, Dave, Ricky, and the crew were able to take all the old roof off, repair a basket-ball sized hole in the structure, install all new roofing, and conduct IMMACULATE clean up all within three days. I felt completely confidant leaving home and going to work every day that they were on the job, Dave texted regular updates with pictures which was super thoughtful and left me feeling at ease about how things were going. I am completely confidant that I got my money?s worth and am not going to have to worry about any roof degradation in the future. I?m so glad that I don?t have to worry about checking every ceiling in the house after it rains, but I?m sad I don?t have a reason to work with Princess Anne Contracting any more. They should expect to be hearing from me for my next home repair/maintenance/improvement? whatever it may be.

Excellent service, and results. They came out and took their time to explain what was wrong, and what needed to be done. I had horrible service and had overpaid another contractor, and they not only repaired both leaks, but also took care of what the first roofer messed up for almost half the price. Always professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I will use them again for any issues in the future.

I can not say anything but appreciation and satisfaction with the workmanship and professionalism that rick preformed. I called in the morning. Spoke to dave. He was busy but understanding my concern that heavy rain was predicted for the evening he made sure I was taken care of that day. Rick and his helper arrived and went right to work. He did a thorough inspection of the entire roof after he completed the repair. He said the roof was in very good condition. This company is very honest and reliable. I tip my hat to them for going the extra mile to save me big problems. I have a plumbing company and will make sure I recommend them to all my customers. One strange thing is rick said they will mail an invoice for payment. I wanted to square up with them right there. It has been two weeks and no invoice. Im sure they want to get paid. We had a leak at the base of one of our windows. The inside wall was like toilet paper. I could have put my hand through it! Not knowing if it was a roof or guttering issue, we called Princess Anne Contracting. He determined the problem and repaired it promptly. Also, he had the opportunity to do more work but explained to us that the request we were making may not be the move for the house. So rather than taking advantage and making more $, he did what was best for us (and cost less). He also performed a vinyl siding repair. We appreciate this companies promptness, communication, prices and most of all, honesty. We will be calling them back for our reapair and maintenance needs.

I contacted Dave to make some minor roof repairs, and he discovered deep damage that was much more involved a repair than was expected. He checked in with me regularly after the repair to see if things were staying water-tight, and was very responsive, action-oriented, professional, knowledgabe, and pleasant. Even though at the end of the day, the financial investment in the repairs was significant, I do not doubt that the time and materials Dave invested was appropriately represented. I never felt taken advantage of. Would use Princess Anne Contracting Inc for any roof-related need... I wish that Dave was also a plummer and an auto repair person :)

The job went extremely well. They worked with our schedule, that involved working around the timing of other contractors. When we chose to have the original plywood removed and new plywood installed it almost doubled the amount of work required for the job. Yet, they were able to complete the work in about the same time frame, which was two days. Dave estimated the cost of plywood replacement for 65 sheets. It turned out the house only required 55 sheets and the cost dropped by $450. The roof looks great and we are very happy with they job they did.

They were fine; they were prompt, courteous, and they had a good price. They saved me money by repairing my roof instead of talking me into a new roof. They didn’t try to rip me off. I don’t know about the quality because I can’t get up on the roof to check it. However, they stopped the leak.

I thought they were professional and they arrived on time. They provided a simple quote and I was pleased with their service. If I have future business with them I have no qualms of hiring them.

After reading reviews of roofers on Angie's List, I selected Princess Anne Contracting. On the same day that I contacted Dave, he had Rick come to inspect my roof/leaks and ceiling damage. Rick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and gave me his recommendation for repair. There was no pressure to do more work than was necessary. A detailed and reasonable estimate was emailed to me the following day. The work was scheduled within a week and was done while I was at work. Dave returned at my convenience, the following week, to come inside to spray a primer on the ceiling stain. Since the repair, we have had no leakage, despite multiple days of rain. I was assured that if we noticed any leaking, to give them a call. Thanks Dave and Rick. I wasn't expecting to find roofers that I liked so much.

They were really good. They are very quick to respond. They seem to be very knowledgeable. They are very very professional.

They over ran their estimate by $15 because there was a rain spout that need to be replaced. BUT, they called me first to get my approval. THEN, they even went so far as to prime any exposed wood that was caused by damage done by the previous contractor. Other than a perfectly repaired house, you could not tell that they were there. They were even courteous enough that they did not even block my driveway, but parked in the street. When I got the invoice for the job, I almost fell off my chair. They had even repaired a piece of loose siding on the side of the house, not even on the side that was damaged. (Here I was all set to haul out ladder and do the repair myself, since I had become an expert in siding repair after watching all those You Tube videos!) I would gladly recommend Princess Anne Contracting to any and every one! And today I found that they had even tightened the screws on my fence gate!

Great Job! I highly recommend Dave and Princess Anne Contracting. Dave is a very nice person and very easy to work with. He and his crew put a new roof on my home in a timely and professional manner. We had an unexpected problem with the roof because our home is almost 50 years old and Dave identified the problem and resolved it quickly at a reasonable price. All the plywood on the roof had to be replaced. I highly recommend Dave and Princess Anne Contracting.

Dave worked with me as the scope of the job grew. They arrived when they said they would and left the job site in a clean condition each and every day. I will be using Dave and PA Contracting in the fall to replace the siding on the back of the house, they will also be repairing the roof over my screen porch. I have been very happy with the quality of work performed by PA Contracting. Thier estimate was accurate and the cost of the job remained within the estimate.

Rick and Dave were so friendly and polite. They worked hard to stay out of our way, and were never even once a nuisance. Rick even repaired our beeping fire alarm, because I had three small children and he wanted to help out. One time, I went grocery shopping and brought in a couple of the bags. I came to the door and they'd brought the rest up for me because it was raining. My husband and I were both incredibly impressed by the caliber of their work and their workmanship.
