Had a crack in my sky light. Dave came out the next day to give an estimate. They came in with the best value and he had the sky light in his van. The new sky light was put in, in less than 30 minutes. He also fixed other problem areas on the roof. I will definitely call Princess Anne Contracting again.

Their service was prompt and they let me know what the problem was quickly. They explained the problem very well and did not try to make a big project out of the roof. They completed all work quickly and professionally.

Dave came to my home after he contacted me through service magic. He spent some time going over the roof and pointing out to me the possible problem (Leak). He did a great job installing some new step flashing and adding on a moisture barrier that wasn't in the contract. Roof has not leaked since, and we have had some rain. Would not hesitate to use or recommend Princess Anne Contracting again.
