Honest, Excellent, and Affordable. Dave at Princess Anne Contracting is personable and professional; certified and ethical. A few months ago, I had a small roof leak after a storm. I had contacted a different company and they tried to take advantage of me. The dishonest company quoted me $7,000 and said the back half of the roof needed to be replaced. I knew this was false because I had a home inspection two months earlier and the inspector said the roof had several years left. I contacted Princess Anne Contracting based on a neighborâ s recommendation. Dave promptly came out and quickly identified the problem - a small piece of flashing had come loose. Dave immediately fixed the flashing, also fixed a shingle he noticed was coming loose and even cleaned out a gutter that he noticed had some debris in it. It only cost $125. Dave saved me $7,000 dollars that the unethical company tried to charge. Dave is honest and ethical. Dave assured me that the roof still had several years before it needed to be replaced. And, Iâ m happy to say that Daveâ s repair held up like a champ while the remnants of Hurricane Ian passed through last night! Quality work at an affordable price. I highly recommend Princess Anne Contracting!

This is a company you can trust. I lost shingles during the hurricane, and they managed to come the day I called them. It is the second time I did business with them and I will use them again without reservation. I highly recommend this company!

I recommend him based on his integrity, honesty and workmanship. I cannot say enough good about him. Prior to him replacing my roof and knowing that I had a couple of leaks and we were expecting the hurricane to hit us, he came out and sealed my leaks so I wouldn't have any more damage before he could get to my job. As if that wasn't enough, when the supplier delivered the shingles, they drove over my sidewalk of pavers that I had laid myself destroying over half of it. Even though it was no fault of his, he came and replaced everyone HIMSELF. You don't find people that offer service like that anymore. Very reliable

Responsive, affordable, and a great job!

The workman was very competent and very pleasant to have on the job. He moved steadily and quickly and didn't waste any time, however he was very careful as to how he completed each aspect of the job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repair.

They removed and re-installed singles on a section of my house that leaked due to poor quality work by the original builder. They performed this work over two years ago. This summer I noticed the roof was leaking during a extremely hard rain storm. I called them up to take a look at the roof and they determined the leaking was due to the caulking around a second floor windows separating in addition to bricks separating leaving areas where rain could leak - this was due to normal wear of the house. Dave inspected the work they performed earlier and recaulked the window and brick and did not charge me for the work though he was at my house for an hour. This speaks volumes for the type of company Princess Anne Contracting is and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting roofing work done.

Dave and his company did an incredible job. He listened to every concern and did his best to go far beyond my expectations. In the past I have found that some contractors do not treat women homeowners with respect. Dave and his company were not like that at all and I really felt comfortable working with them. I was at work the majority of the time they were at my home, but they were careful and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this company. My roof and gutter system look beautiful and function beautifully.

When Dave came to diagnose my chimney leak, he was very thorough, removing several siding panels to expose water marks to pinpoint the source of my leak and patiently explaining each step. His estimate was fair and the work he proposed gave me a high degree of confidence that it would fix the leak. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was professionally done. Dave emphasized that he stands behind his work. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly.

1st rate and prompt service

They called me immediately and gave me an estimate the following day. Was out within 3 days to fix the problem and I did not have to be home. they invoiced me after the work was done and I have not had any problems since. I was afraid my roof was leaking but it was only the pipe collar. Cost around $100. I would definitely use them again. They seemed very honest and attentive.

My experience with this company was great -- easy to contact, reasonable prices, got the work done fast, and very honest. I told them I needed to get the roof repaired or maybe replaced since the insurance company threatened to cancel my policy due to lifting shingles on the roof, but they were able to fix the problem with a small repair job and said that the roof was still serviceable and did not need to be replaced yet. I will definitely give them a call when I do need a new roof.
