Window World of Tidewater

These guys are great. The windows they installed look great and we haven't had a single problem with any of them. They were thousands cheaper than other companies we had contacted. I really don't think that I can say enough praise about them.

These guys were a very customer friendly company and I was very happy with the entire experience that I had with them. They worked very hard and finished the job in one day. This would be a good company for others to try.

These guys did a great job on my windows and I was very happy. They showed up early and were able to get my windows installed in just one day. They didn't make any mistakes and didn't scratch any of the windows or frames during the installation process. They were very careful with everything they did.

They came out and told me it would take them 2 1/2 hours tops to install the windows and they kept their word. Two hours later and I had terrific windows and no mess to clean up. The windows were high grade ones and I got the ones with the stuff in the middle for the sun, so they cost a little more.

Window World of Tidewater came out very early in the morning and stayed late to finish their installation of the windows. My windows looked very good when they were done, and I haven't noticed any flaws in them. I was also very happy with their prices.

These windows are great. They are very easy to clean, and this company did a wonderful job installing them. There are no air leaks, and they didn't scratch the windows putting them in. This is definitely a top notch company. The price listed is for the windows and the installation.

We were very pleased with the work Window World did. They first came and measured everything and did the work to specifications. They brought high quality windows and compared with several other companies we got quotes from. They did the work very reasonably.

First thing I have to say about these guys was their price, it was thousands lower than other companies that we had estimates from. One company actually wanted 16,000 dollars to do the exact same job with the same windows that we had put in. These guys were just honest, and that made us very happy. The whole installation went great and there were not any problems at all. The windows also had a 50 year guarantee.

The workmen displayed an excellent attitude and did the work as quietly as possible. We were concerned with broken glass after they were done. But they did a very thorough clean up and our fears were pointless. The work took less than a full day and we love the new windows. They are easy to clean and provide us with better insulation during the winter.

These energy efficient windows were ordered and then installed according to specifications about a week later. After going to several other companies to get estimates, we discovered that Window World was willing to do the work for half what anyone else would have charged. We're quite pleased with the result.

We got a good quality double pane glass, and all the windows seem to be very sturdy and solid. This was an all around good job, and money well spent in our eyes.

We had a salesperson come to our home, measure the windows and they came back and installed the windows. The old windows were taken out and hauled away by the company. We are real pleased with the results of our new windows. They look great on our house.

The work that Window World did was satisfactory overall. I did not like that they were not on time or very responsive to my calls after the service. No one even called me back to check on the work they did.

When they left, there were a lot of nails and materials left in the yard and that was why I would not hire them again. The material of the window was excellent and they are still holding up. They were pretty professional and polite the whole time they were here.

I did shop around and Window World was the cheapest of all. They charged me about $189 per window. I thought they did a wonderful job with everything. You can tell that their main priority was to get this job done. They did not fool around for one second. They were very swift and efficient. I have no problems with the windows. Everything is lined up beautifully, and there is no air coming through the seams of the windows either.

They provided A+ service with no hidden charges or hidden agendas. All my windows look perfect. There are no imperfections at all. We did have a small problem in the beginning. The windows delivered, were the wrong size, but it was not there fault. It was the manufacturers fault and was addressed immediately. I am satisfied with everything and I am enjoying my beautiful windows.

The company called back a couple of days later to check on the installation of windows. The work on the gutters and the wood trim was very well done, and even though it took several days to complete. I still was pleased with the job. The attention to detail was not as good as I wanted. I had to call them back to correct the problem. They came back and made the corrections real quick.

The new panes and vinyl around the frames have really improved the look of our house. They only took a day to get the work done and the crew was pleasant to be around. They took the time when the work was finished to pick up around the yard before leaving. There were no leaks in the windows and we liked the new glass and quality look.
