Description of Work: This was my second time using this provider. I had a Toyota Prius and Corolla fully detailed inside and out. The younger Mr. Thompson came about an hour late and did not call to notify me that he was delayed. He was very friendly and courteous while he was here. I was not given a price over the phone and I was surprised at the quote he gave me for the Prius as it was almost double what I paid with an Angie's List deal 2 years ago. The Corolla was $20 less. The exterior detailing was excellent, but he missed a few things on the interior. Most of it was done very well but he did not clean the insides of the glove compartment or center console. I noticed the console before he left and got him to vacuum it. After he left, I was putting things back in the cars and found that he forgot the trunk of the Corolla. I called him and he came back and vacuumed the carpet and cleaned the dirt and leaves out from around the trunk gasket. The next day when I was driving into the sun I noticed that he had done a very poor job on the inside of the windshield, it was all smeared and blotchy and it was hard to see with the sun reflecting off it. | |Over all it was a good job, but I paid for a great job. I will use them in the future but I would prefer the elder Mr. Thompson to supervise.

Description of Work: Originally, my husband wanted Mr. Thompson to do detail work on his 2003 Toyota RAV-4. He did such an excellent job my car was also done as well as my Mother's vehicle. She discussed with Mr. Thompson at the time he was here to have him come back out on a monthly basis. We would definitely recommend his service to anyone!!

+ -1 moreMr Thompson and his son worked from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and did a beautiful job on my 2009 Ford SUV. I'd requested a paste wax as opposed to their standard spray wax, which increased the cost; however, I wanted the vehicle protected from the elements until spring. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and shall use their services again.

One minor detail, he overlooked doing the trim around the door handles, but no biggie, I was very pleased. Called to reschedule an appointment and Travius, VM said you will be out of business for the next 90 days.

Description of Work: They detailed the my wife's car. They cleaned the complete inside including windows, dashboards, you name it. They also did the carpets and everything on the outside except wax. They did the wheels and everything they said they’d do in the ad.

They were super nice and actually charged less than they could have because they told me that our car didn't need all the services we asked for. They did the job quickly and with great care. The car felt like it was brand new inside and out. They used Square to let me pay right from the parking lot, making the whole experience super easy.

Travius was very personable and friendly while also being very professional. He vacuumed, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the car including spot removal on seats, vinyl trim, windows etc. Then he washed and waxed the exterior including the wheels add tires. I was very happy with him and how he did my car and would definitely recommend him to others.
