Thompson & Son Mobile Detailing

I seem to remember at first it was really good and then one day they didn't show up. It may have been a miscommunication on my part. He brought his dad one time which wasn't a problem. I seem to remember he told me something personal. The car cleaning was great.

The 1st two months after purchase made us want our money back. Scheduling was such a nightmare we took a break from trying. After a mgmt change, nearly a year later, it was smooth sailing. Ratings are for the END experience.

OK. Weather was a big pain. Also, I didn't realize they would not be able to come on the naval base to do the work, so it really wasn't convenient for me. It is hard to grade them because of all the challenges they had. I would hire them again, except they can't do the work while I am at work and that makes it inconvenient.

He was very nice and friendly. We provided him with a few leather cleaning products of our own. I think they did a very nice job.

Provider showed no real desire to perform services advertised. Poor communication!!! True the weather was an issue but provider didn't respond to numerous attempts to schedule an appointment.

Scheduling was a challenge...not because of vendor. It was a matter of coordinating calendars. I am busy and he is busy so it took a bit to get together. Also, bad weather impacted our first attempt. So be prepared to be flexible on the schedule...but once he is there it is well worth it!

A few days after the car was detailed I went to fuel my gas tank and could not find the gloves I keep under my seat for handling the gas nozzle. I searched the car at the station and then looked again at home. I called Mr. Thompson and asked him if he had seen my gloves. He said ?yes they are in my truck.? He said that he found them on the ground after the work was done. I told him they were mine and if he could drop them off I would greatly appreciate it. After repeated follow-up calls I still do not have my gloves. So be sure to secure any items in your vehicle that you want to keep.

Arrived early, was ready to work. Did a very thorough job. I look forward to having him back to keep our cars clean.

First off, Mr. Thompson was very professional, punctual and friendly. He clearly worked very h****** the car and did a good cleaning. But he does advertise "detailing" and I thought there could have been a bit more attention paid to the detail. There were a few spots where they did not go with the vacuum, the edges of the windows were not cleaned, (you'd have to roll down the windows a bit to get to that), you know, the details. If this was advertised as "cleaning", he would be right on. But "detailing", no, you need to really pay attention to the details to claim that. Would I hire him again for a cleaning? yes I would. The deal I bought was for $69, apparently that was for very tiny cars. I had a mid-range car and that cost $20 more. To clean the floor mats cost some more, bringing the job up to $114.

Mr. Thomson and his associate arrived after lunch and spent about 2 hours detailing my vehicle. Everything went very well. My car looks almost new again. The outside shines; the inside leather is conditioned; the tires are black again. I will use Thompson and Son again and again! The did a wonderful job! My neighbor came over and remarked on how good my car looked!

Travius was actually early to the appointment. He had all of the supplies, tools, water needed to complete the job. He really made my used car look as good as new. He washed the exterior, detailed the interior, applied wax, treated my tires and shampooed the mats. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely use his services in the future. I would recommend him without hesitation.

really great job, inside and out. Called right back at first inquiry, arrived on time as scheduled. I have a compact car, and i thought the price was a little steep for my size car, i used to pay $45 for a luxury size car, but it was very, very last minute and he said he would drop the price next time. All in all a good experience, I'll use him again.

contacted Thompson & Son Mobile detailing to have vehicle cleaned arranged date time,Travius arrived on time he inspected the vehicle gave an honest opinion as to it's condition and how long the job would take he also gave me a the Big deal discount although they were not running any promotions at that time . The job itself took a little over two hours results: "show room ready" removed stains that was missed during the last vehicle cleaning he answered any and all my questions and concerns I would definitely recommend him.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they didn't charge me anything extra. When my husband asked if they needed any money, he said that it was all covered on the big deal. The service they provided was excellent, and I have my card, so I may use them again. The only thing was that I was looking for a date when I was available, and I was looking for which one they picked, and we were home when they arrived, but I hadn't received a response about when they would come out. It could have been my misreading. They were prompt, quick and efficient. The car looks beautiful.

Purchased a Big Deal from them. Set up the appointment for my birthday. When no one showed up I waited a bit in case they were stuck in traffic. When I did call I got a voicemail saying they would be out of business for at least 90 days. They never contacted me. Needless to say I am not happy.

He came out, I left for a while, came back and the car was done. They exactly what I wanted. They came to the house and detailed the car. I thought that the car looked good. They cleaned it inside and out. The only thing that they did not do was the trunk and under the hood. I thought that they would do the trunk and wipe under the hood. It is a fairly new car. Other than that, I would not have been able to do it myself for that price. They did a nice job on the inside and they did get the seats nice. My grandson rides in the back and he likes to get in the back with his dirty hands and touch everything. I am well satisfied. If they had charged the regular price, I would have expected more from them. I would use them again.
