Purchased hot deal and it went as agreed. Exterminator was professional and the treatment only lasted a few minutes which surprised me it was that short. However, I was confused over the price as I talked to the Company Rep to schedule the work and when the worker arrived; he had me sign an invoice that showed a lower price than the priced charged to my credit card. It wasn't that big a difference and I didn't want to go through the hassle of calling the company to figure out exactly what I should have paid as I believe I still got a good deal. I believe the company had other deals through groupons or companies like that and confused the price on Angie's list. Still, the company rep worked with me as I had to reschedule my appointment a few times to accommodate my changing work schedule. The company rep stayed in touch through email to confirm the schedule changes and appointment. For the reason of the price discrepancy though, I gave an overall B rating.

Did a good job. The treatment only lasted about a week or so, but that is what we needed.

We liked it. I felt it was thorough and I liked the technician.

Ok, couldn't make the initial window, not very flexible on schedule. There was not noticeable change after treatment.

I had them spray in my kitchen since I had an ant problem. I knew one treatment was not enough and the guy was dripping the treatment all over the house. They also knocked down cobwebs outside of the house but he didn't seem to get everything. The service was just average.

Making an appt was easy. They had many appt times available including evening, our first appt had to be rescheduled because they double booked the time. Small inconvenience, but not a big deal. The worker was on time. He did go on and on about how we shouldn't be worried about people thinking we are dirty just because we have roaches, etc.... That was inappropriate , especially since we did not voice any concerns over thinking we are dirty. The roaches have not decreased in number as far as we can tell. Our home is very clean. We get roaches in most rooms. I would not hire them again, simply because it didn't seem to work. The only area we did notice less roaches is in the garage. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd story of our home has not seen any improvement.

There was no problem with the company. They were very professional. But the product that they used didn't seem to work, as the mosquitos are already back.

Went well. Sprayed front and back and was careful to avoid veggie and water gardens.

Service ok- tried to sell me on his total service- unprofessional in approach.

They did great. They came the same day my mom passed away and they were pleasant about it. They rescheduled it. They said to call at my convenience and they would come back. I called them and they came back. They did a very good job. They took their time and they explained what they were doing.

The company called to set up the service at my convenience. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance and the technician was on time. The technician was professional, informative and friendly. His visit took less then 30 minutes and he explained about other services the company offers. Unfortunately the spraying for mosquitos did not make a bit of difference. I subsequently checked for any sign of results and there were none. The mosquitos were as vicious as ever...the day after and all the days forward.

The person setting the appointment by phone said the treatment i purchased would last up to three months. The person spraying basically told me that it would not keep Mosquitos away but he would be glad to replace my current pest control provider. Felt it was a bait and switch and the Mosquitos were back within 3 days.

Excellent company who always provides great service. Good to do business with. Highly recommend.

It went okay and there were no problems.

They showed up on time, asked a few questions and did a walk through of the backyard then he performed the service.

The technician was very nice and very helpful regarding our silverfish issue. He made some suggestions about where to look and what to do to cut down on the silverfish hiding places.

They were professional and punctual. They had a great scheduling system did a good job.

I knew he was coming and it was done quickly .

Technician punctual and nice but said treatment would not do any good. If it rained and we watered lawn it would wash treatment away and it would be ineffective. Iif neighbors had pockets of flying insect insects the treatment would be ineffective. If we had not already paid for service we would have said forget it. Service not worth value stated in Angies List deal nor the $55.00 we paid for it.

They are always prompt and neat. Their service is great.

The service was great. My husband did all of that. He just told me he bought the coupon, and he was here to guide them. As far as I know, everything worked out well, and he was happy with that. We even talked about it last week about how we liked the service and may pay to get it done again.

Agent arrived on time and sprayed inside and out. Agent check for existing termites and found none. This service was at a rental property, so I was not present in person to witness. Service was at a townhouse and most of the bug are gone. I purchased a service plan, so I can call to have them re-treat when necessary.

Went fine. My wife was very happy with the service.

I had bought the Big Deal coupon of $55 worth for one time mosquito treatment. Initially I was not sure what good it was going to do and did not notice anything. So certainly I would not do it again. I kept trying to ask about it before I got it done to try and understand what exactly it was supposed to do and the guy did not answer my questions. He continued to talk down to me. He said that I should think of them as vampires he never exactly what the treatment was supposed to do. It was not a great treatment and not a great experience. The treatment was ineffective. Honestly I would advice not to do the mosquito treatment. He was just 40 seconds on the backyard so I don't think he did a through spray. It is not something that I would recommend.
