Excellent. I ended up purhasing a 2 Yr contract for Termite and Pest Control Services and will not renew my contract with Terminex when it is up for renewal in June 2017.

This company was great. I found out I had termites and the technician took care of the problem right away.

They sprayed inside and out. I've had no problems with them. They came out right away when I called for an appointment. I have nothing negative to place, I was satisfied. They gave good service. I pay a monthly fee of $34. for a continued service.

That was okay. Southern Pest Control could have finalized the problem by solving the problem completely because even though there are trappers, the problem still exists until now according to the tenant. I mean, the tenant is calling me and telling me that she still has problems. I'm not sure about the quality because I wasn't there at home. I mean, it's all through my tenant. I think they responded reasonably well. I don't know about the punctuality, you'll have to ask the tenant because I wasn't there.

The service was fine. Everything was fine. They were on time.

This company does not treat its customers well. After scheduling the service a week out and having someone in the house for the service time, no one showed up. The company says they sent someone there (but then later said they did not because it was raining). All I know is that no one came and knocked on the door so it could be heard. Then, because of this mishap, I tried to get them to come out the next day. They refused and said that I would have to wait another week till they had time to show up.

A job well done. The second year we have used them.

The technician was courteous and efficient. He did miss treatment in one room, but when I mentioned it to him, he treated the room.

Went well. They even got rid of a lot of outside spiders and their webs that was all over my windows and porch.

I hate to write this because the office manager is super nice and so was the technician, but the main reason I called was an ant problem on my back stone patio. When Johnny came out, he told me he felt confident that he had treated the problem but that I might need monthly service. Well the ants never went away and when I called a week and a half later to have him come back out, I was told that they do not guarantee the one-time service coupons that they sell on Angie's List. They wanted me to purchase a service plan but I explained I wasn't going to invest in a service plan when they hadn't proved they could do the job in the first place. It's too bad they are so short sighted.

They came here once or twice. They did not do what I want them to. The insects coming to my deck, like bumbles and everything. They did not do it right. After they sprayed the insects are all coming back. I thought after a week they would not come back. But in the afternoon they were all coming back. I was not interested in hiring them anymore.

When they were here then there was no sign of bugs but since they have left it has got worse. There is so many bugs now throughout my house. I've had exterminators before never have I had an experience like this. I tried to get them to honor the work but they wont until I do a contract with them. They are refusing to even come out for a single pest treatment.

We contracted with Southern Pest Control (Termite Contract) for years with our rental house. Every year they did the inspection and all "looked great". We finally were able to sell our rental and another pest company noted Termite mounts (inactive) in our rental house. Southern gave our realtor such a hard time when she asked them to treat for termites - even stated -" how do we know the pictures you are sending us is from the property? " So for 5 years Southern did nothing but collect money - and then when termite activity is questioned they refuse to treat (despite being under contract). My realtor had to mention that she would bring this up to our lawyer if they don't treat. They finally did. This is unprofessional - totally unprofessional. Don't go with them. They like to collect the fee but not do the work. Oh, and several years when they did the inspection, they tore my insulation down but did not put it back up.

Right on time. Very personable. Service rep, Mike. No problems with hornets since. I would recommend.

The appointment making process was easy. The rep was courteous over the phone . The guy arrived and sprayed and where my yard was full of bugs and mosquitoes there are none. I haven't seen a mosquito in weeks and other bugs have died off as well. Prior to this treatment I'd have to face various odd bugs when I went out my back door to dump the trash. Now I am not bothered by any bugs at all ( not over exaggerating here). I will definitely use them again at the height of mosquitos season.

They were extremely friendly and the service went great, the tenants are very pleased and have had no issues with bugs or rodents.
