Great! Haven't seen a mosquito yet!

It went well. Provider was on time, thorough, and very professional.

Professional service providers; problem is in the accounting department. I've been with this company since 2009 and in the last 2 years since I've been overseas, they keep telling me that I owe them more money and are keeping track of my monthly payments that are being sent to them. I am now switching to another company because of the accounting issues.

It went great! The guy was very professional and took care with regards to my pets.

purchased the package else where for one year pest and termite treatment. We saw started seeing ant in our house about 3 weeks ago, so we called Southern Pest Control to treat the ants. Two weeks later we still see a bunch of ants in the house, so we called again and had someone came out. Still see a bunch more ants. They came out for the third time. Still ants crawling into our house. Their service is great but whatever that they're using, it's not working!

They did a great job! They were prompt and came on time. They were very professional. They did not try to sell my other services.

We had a water bug and they came out two or three times until finally the bugs were gone

Our experience with them was very good. They stayed within the $64 Big Deal purchase price. We were pleased. They were timely. We thought that the results were positive and the product was good I suppose.

Please do not use this company. They send a technician who is also a high pressure salesman. He convinced me to sign a completely unnecessary contract to pay them monthly for recurrent service. As it turns out, the contract (in the fine print) only refers to inside the home insects. Even though they want a monthly fee, when your outside insect problems inevitably recur, they will come out again, but only for another large service fee. The contract is therefore a trap. This companies conflict resolution is atrocious. When I discovered that the contract was basically worthless to me, I called the company to discuss it. They referred me to the vice president, who ignored my emails for several months. During this time, they have an automated service and a live person call to harass about the bill. All complaints are met with "talk to the vice president." When I finally got her to respond to an email and then on the phone, she seemed very nice, and implied that she would discuss the contract sign-up behavior with the local manager. By this time (several months) I was very frustrated, and implored her to just tell me what to do to get out of it. She assured me that she would call me back after discussing with the local reps. Unsurprisingly, no call back. Just today, I was harassed again by a live person calling to "discuss my account." When I told her about my conversation, she looked into their records and indicated that the vice president had noted "customer has no complaints." This, by now should be obvious, is patently false. I am now forced to ask my lawyer help stop this ridiculousness. Obviously, I failed to read every line of the service agreement and didn't fully understand what I was signing. I had ants in my house, kids running around, and was a bit desperate. Who hasn't been there? But the behavior of these people is appalling.

I use them every year. I like their professionalism. They're prompt, observant and responsive. They stand behind their work and their guarantee. They do both inside and outside pest control.

They take care of what I ask them for. When I asked them to take care of some ants, they came and took care of them.

It was fine. I already had one person do a lot of preventative work around the house and I just wanted to do a double check to make sure I didn't get any of the bugs of spring in the house. He did fine. It wasn't spectacular but he did okay. I think he was very courteous and nice.

I call Southern Pest Control anytime I see a ladybug or spider. There is a year long contract which includes a termite report. I have also paid for add on services such as wasp and stinkbug treatments. It's a little annoying that they distinguish between crawling and flying insects but they do an amazing job. It's easy to schedule service within a few days. Just when I think I have met the most polite and professional technician in Richmond the next guy is even better. Excellent service goes a LONG way!

We were having a problem with a lot of spiders inside the house. He was a little late because, at first, he went to the wrong address. Came in and sprayed thoroughly inside and outside. Made sure to use proper chemicals by asking questions about whether we had children/pets in the house. I did notice that although the service called for removing spider webs, after he left I found that the spider webs had not been removed around the property. Next time I'll make sure the work is done completely. Didn't see another spider in the house for several months.

Generally this was not a great experience. The first visit was supposed to be for flies although they showed but did not spray after wandering around for 10 minutes because the area was still wet from rain. He also asked where to spray - with our relatively small yard so this was surprising. We rescheduled so that the next visit covered both flies and mosquitos. However, when the tech (who was nice and professional) showed up he only had mosquitos on his schedule - he said he could also do flies if OK'd by his boss but his boss would not OK when he called. So then we had to reschedule again for a week later. All in all it took almost a month from our first call to get both services done. And we didn't notice a difference in the number of flies or mosquitos. All in all, I would not get this service again.

I got a big deal, they pitched their 2 year contract with unlimited spraying and termite inspection. Big deal money would go into contract. Took a week before they came the first time. Did inspection, sprayed for ants, spiders etc. Said to call if ants came back. They did come back, called and it was almost 2 weeks before they would come - seems I'm far out and they need to schedule a bigger block of time. They sprayed, ants came back. Since they seem to feel it is inconvenient for them to come and I was busy I didn't call right away. I called today, it will be 8 days before they will be here - I'm farther out than usual. I asked the person I was talking with that maybe I should cancel. She said I could email the VP and she decided if I could after paying the first year. I was told I couldn't speak w ith her about the service. As I told her buyer beware - they didn't mention my location was a problem for getting faster service.

On time - professional - helpful

They came out the first time pretty quickly and I purchased the service contract. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. Upon purchasing the service agreement, it took a longer to get them out here when needed to treat for ants. They indicated they were all booked up.

Went as planned. Great job. Punctual, did what they said they would.

The cost was a special thru AL. Brian was here right on time. He needed water for his treatment tank. He asked and then brought my hose reel out to the front, used it, and replaced the hose right where he found it. He was also very nice to be concerned about my many bird feeders possibly getting wet from any back spray (it was quite breezy today) so I removed them temporarily until treatment was complete and the appropriate drying time observed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The only and quot;negativeand quot; . . . if there IS one . . . is that when he requested and used the restroom, he left the seat up. Not ordinarily a problem except that I recently lost someone and this was a sad/funny reminder.

We have had a contract with Southern Pest Control since 1993. They have always been very professional. My doorbell rang on the stroke of 9AM. I was panicked because I found an infestation of what I thought may be termites. The rep put me at ease and assured me it was common ants, not termites, and treated the whole house inside and out. He inspected for termites under the house and assured me there were none. We talked about squirrels in the attic and he told me of a couple of companies to contact. ( Southern works on rats but not squirrels). Would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Super smooth. Rep showed up a bit early which is a nice change. He explained every step of the process and even offered to come back at a later time when I could remove my dog for her safety during a house treatment. Very professional and friendly.
