Technician came out but said since rain was coming he would reschedule. Rescheduling never happened now its November and I don't need mosquito treatments but the and quot;Dealand quot; expires before spring. Guess I just threw that money out the window, shouldv'e just used that money to buy some spray from Lowes!

The initial appointment went quite well. Tiffany, the technician was professional, informative and thorough in her explanation of what she was about to do and what can be done in the future. She was quite prepared with the contract paperwork in hand to be signed AFTER the termite inspection. I was tempted to cancel the entire 2 yr deal based on the fact that I was feeling as if I had been previously mislead by customer service who told me (more than once) that Southern would be servicing the property every 3 months. When I was reading the contract it said they would be servicing ONCE each year. When I explained to her that I can have another company come do that for $100 per yr and ask why I would choose to pay them $296/yr she explained that I was entitled to CALL for service once every 30 days but they DO NOT take initiative to come out every so often. However, she was nice about it and never treated me as if I was telling a lie as she agreed that I didn't just pull the 3 mth statement out of a hat. The deal easily could have gone south at that point but Tiffany worked hard to save it and she succeeded. We agreed that I will call every 2 mths for service and she finished her job and left after making sure I was going to leave the house for 2 hours as we has previously discussed when I ask her to treat inside as well.

The gentleman arrived and described what he was going to do. I asked about my pets and he said not to let them go out in the yard for 2 hours after. It's been 3 days since the spraying and I haven't seen any mosquitos when I'm on the back deck of my house and that's a relief. My daughter for some reason is basically attacked on a regular basis even in her bedroom at night and she has awful reactions to the bites so this has brought me some relief. The only thing I would suggest the company do is have the person come to the front door and let you know when they are done.

They were very professional. I was 100% happy with them as a company. Unfortunately, I didn't see much change in the mosquito population after their services. The reason why I would give them a lower grade for pricing is because the services were not as effective as I hoped.

I have had a very good experience with them. They are very responsive. My husband feels very comfortable with their pricing. I will be moving to another place shortly. I am not sure if they cover that area, but if they do, I will surely use them again.

I am really pleased, they did a really getting rid of anything, I have ants really bad and are great getting rid of them. I cant complain about anything with them, they are awesome. They are the only ones I have used around here and to me they are very reasonable. I will use them again because I hate bugs.

They have been recommended to me by a friend. They do a good and effective job on spider control. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They come out any time I call them. They do a great job and have taken care of any problems we have had.

Whenever they don't come to you on a regular basis, you have to call them if you have any issues. For that reason, I have a 3-year contract, I will not be off with them after I am finished.

They come out yearly in March. We are under contract with them. They are thorough and that one word describes them, thorough! I used the same company when I lived in Norfolk and I had termites there and I got in touch with them and they solved the problem and I have used them ever since. Their prices are competitive and they are always here on time. We have used them for over 30 years and will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control company.

The young lady that came out was very polite and knowledgable. I have a rather low crawl space area and she manages it every year. I am quite happy with that.

I have a yearly contract with them. They come out once a year and inspect and they come out anytime I call them that I see any type of bugs, mice or anything like that. They also treat for fleas. They are competitive. I have never really sat down and looked at what somebody else could do for me but they seem to be relatively competitive. It is $354 a year. I would grade them B for my overall experience. They don't do anything extraordinary. They have been responsive. They have always been very good about coming right out and working with my schedule and they have always been on time. The guys that come out have been really nice and very informative. I would continue to use them in the future.

Once you have a contract with them they take care of you. I pay a monthly payment for the service. The treatment does a good job. They also check for moisture and provide a report. If they see anything that needs attention they will speak with you about it. I feel that has saved me money in the long run. They offer a good service.

I have a contract with them. They are a fraction of the cost of anybody else that I looked at. I pay $29 a month. They can always come out and see me within a couple of days of being called if I have a problem. They are always very nice. All of the people that have come out to the house have always been very professional, friendly and informative. I've had very good experiences with them.

I recommend them. They were a little more expensive than I thought they would be but I haven't seen anymore mice. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Outstanding service start to finish. Timely arrival, professional demeanor and appearance. Work was completed to expectations in a timely and non-intrusive fashion. Servicing technician was polite, professional and reassuring. We will DEFINITELY continue to work with Southern Pest Control.

I am very fortunate that I have a contract with them that they no longer offer. They are courteous and the same person comes every time so I know who to look for.

They will cone right out and check anything that we see in the way of bugs and will do whatever is needed to get rid of them. I think they are great. We used them in our old house and we are using them in our new house.

I signed up for a 2 year agreement and they never seemed to be available when I needed them.They came out when it was convenient for them. They only came out 3 times and when they would come out they would only come for around 5 minutes, really quickly. Considering the size of my yard and house it should take more than 5 minutes to complete the job.They didn't inform me that my hard wood floors needed to be covered so he got an attitude and wouldn't do the work. If I had known that I would have purchased a tarp before. I had to call the office to have someone speak to the gentleman to get him to do the unfinished work outside of my home. They also keep calling me every week after I had already told them I do not want any service with them. I have told them twice but they continue to call. Now I just ignore the calls.

They are fine. They show up on time. They go above and beyond. They answer any questions we have.

We have an annual fee so we don't pay every time they come out. They come out immediately when called, and their prices are reasonable, and it works for us. We will continue using them in the future.

They came out for initial visit, and recommended that when we were able to schedule our pets to be out of the house, they could come back and respray over larger area. The representative gave us several options and explained the potential benefits, limitations, and side effects of the various products. The appointment staff was receptive to our schedule issues and were accommodating. Both times the service rep was friendly, neat in appearance, and courteous. I would give them a higher score, but since I have not fully researched all their services, I am withholding a higher grade unitl after determining their termite protection plans.

We used them and they are pretty good. We pay for them yearly and they come out whenever you want them to for that year.

We have been pleased with them and so we are using them continually. They come once a year and check the house for termites basically. We get an appointment date and they come in and check for termites. So far we have not had any termite problems and we are lucky as we have termite prone area. They do a fairly thorough inspection and we haven't seen any evidence to the contrary and we are satisfied. They charge once a year for the termite inspection and fortunately we haven't had too many problems with the bugs. They spray for termites basically. Their price is very decent when compared to others and may be it is because we have been with them for so many years. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are always on time.

We like Southern Pest Control. We have a contract with them to come out every year.
