Description of Work: It was impossible to get appointment. The schedulers were rude and unprofessional. The technicians were the opposite, nice courteous and professional. I had an annual contract with them ending in 2014 for multiple years.

Description of Work: I dont remeber the exact date of service but it was in 2013. They sprayed the mosquito repellant in the yard. Didnot see any difference. They were on time, professional but the product didnot make a difference for us.

Description of Work: We were first required to have a termite inspection because we chose to have a full year's contract. The "inspection" was very very brief as we had no flying termites. the representative assured me she had been doing this for 20 years and knew what to expect. The insect treatment was also done very quickly as they said from my description that there probably wasn't an infestation. But the treatment was done so quickly I wondered if it would be effective. The next morning I swept up dead insects so yes,it was effective.

Description of Work: It took several weeks to schedule the treatment. When the technician arrived, the pump did not work so I had to reschedule. All told, it took three weeks to obtain the treatment. That said, the treatment was thorough and the technician was professional.
