Description of Work: They cut the tree down, but have yet to grind the stump. They claim that their stump grinder broke and that they are waiting for insurance monies to have it repaired. Apparently the Angie's List special was being used as a filler for the off season and it looks like these customers are being the last to have the work completed. We are still waiting for the work to be completed and do not plan to pay until the work has been completed.

[Member Name Removed] we work extremely hard every day to make all of our customers happy - I hope you will find it in you to see that we were in a very unfortunate position and revise this review; We still do not have our stump grinder. Description of Work: After some scheduling miscommunications, the actual service went great. They thinned the canopies on 2 trees. They also removed 2 distressed trees for free as compensation for schedule miscommunications. Clean up left the yard better than before they arrived. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Crown reduction and selective limb removal of five River Birches. Disposal of removed limbs. 'Stump grind' invasive roots at two locations. Both, the pre-contract discussions and the actual work was done in a couteous and professional manner. All sites were well cleaned of debris. I would recommend them.
