Description of Work: Needed stumps removed.

Description of Work: This company cut a tree down that fell on our house. They did a beautiful job and left no damage. I could not believe how they did it but they did!

Description of Work: A large pine tree within a ten foot high Russian Olive hedge fell during Troplcal Storm Mathew. Called SEVA tree service for an estimate. As it was leaning at an angle of 45 - 60 degrees and over my deck SEVA thought it might be a danger. Both of the co-owners were courteous and professional. Simon was present during the initial cutting and when large pieces of the trunk were secured by chains and then lifted out of the hedge by either a bobcat or a bucket truck. As the owner stepped away for a while and due to some seeming misunderstanding the crew thought it was OK to leave a large section of cut trunk within the shrub. This was in addition to 3ft section of trunk we agreed to leave (below the hedge line). The removal took place but some shredding of Russian Olive branches occurred. Though clean up was not great the Co. very kindly had removed several large piles of yard debris left from our previous days work, in the yard. Branches removed inorder to accomodate the bucket truck to enter the back yard were beneficial removals. So all and all the project was a success.

Description of Work: We had 3 trees removed and stumps grinded. We had some challenges due to all the raid we've had this year, and SEVA worked with us to get the trees removed when it got a little drier. There was an issue with the stump grinder that caused a delay, but they worked with us there and when the equipment was ready came out and go the work done quickly and professionally. Would use them again.

Description of Work: The cost I listed was for the service. The was a Big Deal, so I saved quite a bit. That said, for what they did, I thought the price was extremely reasonable. (I had more to do than the hours covered in the deal indicated and knew that when I contracted with them.) They pruned back my Bradford Pears, which was a job in itself. They also cut the high limbs from my neighbor's trees that overhung my yard and pruned branches from my own large trees that were overhanging my deck. In addition, they cut down an old oak tree that was basically a large trunk with one branch and then cut it into firewood for me. They cut back two large limbs that were hanging out over Kemps Lake and were an eyesore.

Description of Work: I got a quote of $2,400 from South Eastern Virginia Tree Service to take care of a tree from my yard that fell and hit my neighbor's house due to a storm.

Description of Work: They're very clean. They clean up after they're finished, and I can't even tell they were there except for the fact that the trees are trimmed. There are no limbs or leaves left on the ground, and it's even cleaner than it was before they came. I will call them every time I need service done in the future.
