Description of Work: Overall experience was excellent....however, my problem was that I needed a new garage door opener. They gave me credit of $80.00 toward a new opener. Installation went smooth and installer took time to introduce me to all the bells and whistles. A really nice person.

Description of Work: Sears performed a tuneup on my garage doors. They came out, looked at what needed to be done, and spent a while working on the motor, rollers and track of the door. They could have changed out my rollers, but informed me that my rollers were of exceptional quality and suggested I leave them on and then lubricated them for me.

Description of Work: The serviceman listened to my rickety garage door, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it good as new! He didn't try to sell me a new door, which I appreciated!!! I would Definitely recommend them and I will Definitely call them again if needed.

Description of Work: Technician showed up for door reconditioning. Also wanted the bottom weather stripping replaced on both doors for an extra cost. Tech that showed, didn't know how to replace the weather stripping. Said he'd call the next day to return. No call for 4 days until Carol called as a follow-up. I advised her and she had the same tech out the next morning. Again he said he had the wrong stripping and that I should call Virginia Door to get the correct strip. I went and purchased the same strip he had tried to use and replaced it myself in 15 mins. So all said and done, I could have gotten the rollers for both doors for $50 and just saved the money, seeing how I had to finish myself. I will not use, nor recommend this company.
