Technician was very thorough in explaining what needs to be installed, how to use and perform annual maintenance on the opener.

Mike and Mike were terrific. They went above and beyond what I expected. They were professional, knowledgeable and very nice young men. They fixed my problem with my garage door. It is working beautifully. I highly recommend them.

No show for the 1st appointment. Owner made the appt but didnt tell the office. 2nd appt was late. Lack of communication with customer. Left property with job incomplete. Had no idea where he was going. Came back in 45 minutes to complete job.

From the estimate to the actual work I truly felt like I was what mattered. My questions and concerns were valued and important. And the work was done to perfection. In my case it was replacing the openers and converting the springs to the safer and efficient torsion ones. These garage doors are whisper quiet now practically. We had excellent service. The technicians, Mike Melatti and Dave Narr assessed that there was not an operational problem with the door and it did not need to be replaced as we had thought. They recommended trying a larger sealer, left to secure one and returned promptly. It worked perfectly. They also replaced a light socket and a hinge screw on the door. We ended up spending less than we had expected. Additionally, they reminded us of a discount coupon we had which saved us even more. We would definitely use them again.

Experience was absolutely excellent all around. Dave came out to our house (same day no less) and took a look at our garage doors that had been acting up. He went through and took a look at the door, the rollers, track, chain and the actual motorized opener. After he spent some time opening and closing the door and detaching the door to check the spring, he let me know that although there would be a need for some work in the future, right now all I needed was some lubricant to be applied. He spent the next 20 minutes or so taking care of that, explaining to me the details of the system, things to look out for and etc. Again, the experience could not have been better. I will definitely call again when I do need more work done and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family in the area. Highly recommend!
