Description of Work: I have a two car garage with two identical garage doors. One side of the garage is used for storage and one side for the wife's car. The car side garage door was acting up and broke two hinges on the top panel damaging the top panel. The technician was unable to replace the top panel with a new one as the panels are no longer produced. Rather than buy new doors, the technician was able to remove the top panel from the undamaged door on the storage side of the garage (since it is never opened), replace the damaged panel, construct a brace on the damaged panel and put it on the storage side. In addition he checked over the car side garage door, replaced the pulleys and provided a new remote. His actions got my garage door working, kept the garage looking presentable on the outside and saved me money too boot. All completed within an hour. Excellent response. I intend to look to them again when I finally get the kids out of the house and the storage side of my garage back! Thanks!

MIke came on time, explained in detail and showed me what was wrong and what would he do.He was very pleasant throuout and I was talking to him about the other few things that is needed to be fixed and he was very friendly and gave me few phone no. to be in touch with them for those problem .He fixed it on time and it worked wonderful. I bought the coupon from angie's list for a tune up but he gave me credit towards the repair. I am very pleased with the service. He gets an A+ .

+ -1 moreExcellent. Door broke on a Tuesday morning - called around noon that day; and estimate and repairs completed by Wednesday noon! When spring broke it did damage to my car. Had a person been there, it could have been lethal. Dave assured me that the new spring had safety features so that when and if it should break in the distant future (5-yr guarantee, but suspect will last much longer), it would not be a safety concern. Never tried to coerce me into much pricier options. As a single woman I have come to expect that. Personable, prompt, professional, safe, and not condescending. Have no price comparison to report.

+ -1 moreIt went GREAT!!!First was to inspect the door and provide estimate. Dave explained that the door could repaired, in stead of replacing it. This was a huge savings. It also eliminated need for painting a new door (more savings). The job was done the next day, it was done quickly and was VERY professional.

He did a great job and gave me good advice. This was part of an Angie's List Coupon. I feel it was a super deal. Great price - great work. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Our garage door made loud banging noises every time we used it. Mike came out and replaced the rollers, oiled the parts, and did an inspection - fixing parts that needed it. It works beautifully now. He told me that I might get a new weather stripping on the bottom, but didn't pressure me. He also told me about garage door openers and good options.

There were no additional charges and the service has been fine so far. That seemed to resolve the problem for the time being and the deal seemed to take care of the problem. They fulfilled every expectation I had of the deal. The price was fair and they saved me money. It seemed like a tune up situation but whatever it was, I was entirely satisfied.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. After only a few minutes he was able to provide an all-inclusive estimate and when I agreed to have them do the job he was able to schedule the installation for a couple days later. The installer showed up on time and after introducing himself he got right to work. After about 3 hours the job was complete and he demonstrated the operation for me and provided the owners manual. All in all it was a very professional job and I would recommend them.
