Description of Work: Susan JubiLee was my realtor in 2009 whom was referred to me by a friend who worked for her years prior to the referral. when I started looking at homes she was there for everything. I then bought my home in 2009 after a couple months of looking. She was so patient and ready to work. She was very professional and very educated in her field. I immediately felt the connection to her when I realized she wasn't there to just make money but cared about the home we were looking for, not only did she show us homes but also pointed out the pro's and con's of the homes and what issues to look for, so I was also learning in the process :) But she did stop there, even after purchasing the home she called and made sure everything was great and was working out. We immediately bonded in those couple months that after only 3 years of living in my home I had to move to another state and I had asked her to be my property manager too! It was the best decision I made. It is now 2018 and she still shows and proves her title to be true.

Description of Work: Susan Jubilee has effectively represented us on several home purchases/sales and is currently (and very effectively) managing multiple rental properties of ours. If you're looking for no nonesense, professional representation when buying/selling/renting real estate then Susan is your gal. For property purchase/sale she has a unique talent to negotiate on your behalf like a tiger but in a subtle and effective way. For property management - she has a full team in place from support in her office to having all of the necessary property maintenance/repair experts on call for immediate help. She has developed a very detailed rental agreement that clearly spells out tenant AND landlord responsibilities ensuring a clean, safe and well maintained property for the tenant, as well as, a rock solid backstop ensuring protection for the property manager and property owner. She expects ALL parties to do their part - including the property owner! As a very satisfied property owner, who has had properties under management with Susan for years, I appreciate now more than ever how important it is to do all of the little property maintenance and repairs when they come due. My experience is that IF you properly maintain your investment property and provide a tenant with a very well kept property you are MUCH more likely to have it in excellent shape when they exit thier lease. They did a walk through and also noted that since I was renting it out and that the market was coming up, that I should wait it out. Description of Work: Susan has provided our family with exceptionally outstanding service on numerous occassions with the purchase, sale and property management of several properties in the Hampton Roads area. Susan is a very detailed professional and masters the job of "taking care of her client" in every aspect of negotiation, representation, property management, etc. Buying/Selling real estate and managment of rental properties requires the guidance of an experienced professional and Susan has been absolutely stellar in managing our best interest during the many, many transactions we've experienced with her. She is every bit as assuring as her motto says.... "Relax..... You're working with Team Jubilee!"

Description of Work: Real Estate. She helped us try to find another home in the Virginia Beach area, specifically the Cox High School area. She does work on commission, but the amount paid does not allow me to put that in.
