Susan and her team managed our property for six years, through three sets of tenants. They were on top of everything, keeping us informed and ensuring the property was taken care of. I hired Susan Jubilee and her team to manage one of our rental properties about 4 years ago. I have been extremely pleased with Team Jubilee since day 1. I am basically hands-off because of their timely, reliable, and honest services. Susan is always pleasant and professional and has a calm, problem-solving approach to issues that arise with the property or tenants. Her renter-screening process is solid to ensure we receive rent on time and that the property is maintained. Team Jubilee has a great team of vendors/service providers that respond quickly and keep the property in good condition for a fair price that is always communicated with me before any work is performed. I also like their professional billing system; online access is reliable and user-friendly. I can always count on Susan and her team to look out for me and my investment like it was their own and would recommend them to any property owner looking for a professional property manager.

It went VERY well actually. Susan Jubilee took our account in Sept 2013. She took our property basically from zero- zero being no renter, and in desperate need of maintenance that the old property manager neglected to "manage"- to ten, ten being we had good renters and the much needed upkeep of the property was being attended to. We had no problems whatsoever with her service- my wife and I were actually very pleased with her service. She was very accessible and she also kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on with our property. We had several renters from 2013 to 2018. Team Jubilee made sure that the renters were also doing their part in keeping the house in a good condition. We had a lot of ups and down with the condition of the property due to its age. But with the professional and expert guidance from Team Jubilee, it made it all bearable and manageable for us as owners. Then we came to the decision to sell the house. We also hired Susan Jubilee and her team to be our Real Estate Agents and to help us get the house into a marketable condition. This was no cake walk, the house was in no condition for a quick sale. Susan made a big to-do list that we adhered to. She also managed the whole reconditioning of the house. And just like before, she took our house from zero to ten- ten being, ready for sale at the asking price that we have set. The house looked so good, that on the second day after being listed we had over ten viewings and more importantly-an offer. There were even some buyers waiting in the wings just in case the first offer did not push through. Well, the first offer made it all the way to Closing, at our asking price- just last week. I'm writing this review to offer my full recommendation for Susan Jubilee and Team Jubilee. If you are in the Hampton Roads area and you are in need of an awesome Property Manager and Real Estate Agent, go see Susan Jubilee.

Susan Jubilee was absolutely a joy and pleasure to work with. This was my wife and I first home buying experience and Susan made it extremely easy. She taught us a lot about what to look for when buying a home, she didn't waste our time, she listens well, and most importantly she took care of us through the entire home buying experience. Susan was involved in every aspect of our purchase and she gave us peace at mind. I would recommend Susan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.

I highly recommend working with Susan Jubilee (and her associate Gloria of 'Team Jubilee') for listing in a weak market. She viewed my condominium with an experienced and exacting eye, and recommended upgrades both minuscule (replacement of door knobs and hinges to brushed nickel) and large (roof and flashing repairs, new carpet, interior paint job). Although not entirely happy with a cash outlay to sell, I grumbled and complied. Team Jubilee made recommendations for contractors, and were able to enforce timely and cost-effective service and excellent craftsmanship given their repeat business leverage. A lockbox facilitated the upgrades. The results: my home sold for full asking price in a tough market (winter holiday & cold and gloomy = tough to sell a bayfront condo) before we had even staged or listed it. Bravo Team Jubilee! You can trust her expertise and experience.

Susan managed our property for us for over 10 years. During the majority of that time we were living on the other side of the country and were no where near our rental property. There was not a single time that I had to worry about the status or condition of our home. Susan and her team are some of the most professional and helpful individuals that I have ever worked with and I would not hesitate to work with them again. She managed every aspect of our property as if it were her own home which gave us complete peace of mind. Repairs, renovations, tenant concerns, selling our home.... all were swiftly and professionally handled and frequent updates were provided to us. I was very nervous this was my husband and I first time purchasing a home. We did not understand all the real estate vocabulary, however Susan had patience and was very knowledgeable to explain everything to us. I can not express how lucky I was to be referred to Susan. She helped me every step of the way with the sale of my condo in Ocean Lakes. I had already moved out of state and had to find someone right away that I knew I could depend on. A friend of mine told me not to worry because she would have all the answers to my questions and the condo would be off my hands in no time. It was true!!! Susan gave me all her suggestions on how to make it sell right away and for top dollar. My place was on the market for 3 days and I got a full price offer. Susan is down right amazing!! She gave us all the advice needed to get our house ready for the market. She is very knowledgable and a true "go getter". My house was on the market for a total of 3 hours and we received a full price offer. This review is long overdue! Susan and Team Jubilee have been our property manager for the past few years for our condo in Greenbrier. Susan and her team have always been excellent with everything that they have done for us. When we first met Susan, she walked us through the rental process very thoroughly and made sure our unit was up to date with all safety standards. She handled a, "crisis" at our condo amazingly when our hot water heater gave out, keeping in constant communication with us and resolving the problem quickly. She has always found us quality tenants and we have never had a vacancy. She has also acted as our realtor, showing us single family homes in the area when we requested a viewing. She helped us sell our townhome when we decided to move into a new build single family home. We were able to get a full price offer after only being a few days on the market- in the dead of winter! With her anticipating every roadblock, our negotiations and closing went very smoothly. Chances are if there are any bad reviews of Susan out there (which would be hard to believe), they are probably from tenants who weren't happy with being held to the high standards for unit maintenance that she clearly lays out on all of her lease contracts and verbally reviews with tenants as well prior to move in. She has always been a great advocate for us. Professional, quick to respond to our million questions that we always have, and just a pleasant person in general. I look forward to many years of business with her!

Susan and her team do a fantastic job managing my property. They are very quick to respond to tenant issues and questions from me. She also provides fantastic advice on legal requirements, maintenance and repair jobs, and tenant issues. She is also very good at finding new tenants at the end of a lease. Initially I was afraid to let a property be managed by an agent while living overseas. I was expecting problems and concerns leading to the need for frequent travels and frequent contacts. I actually ended-up keeping the property for 10 years without ever returning to check the situatio in person and without any real concern. The condo was rented practically without interruptions and the rent has always been paid on-time. This is surely the result of a hard work and a very good selection of the various potential renters. Additionally, when I've taken the decision to sell the property, I have received a good offer in keeping with my expectations and in a short time. Also in the case of the sale, there has been no need to travel back. All documents have been managed successfully from abroad. I need to congratulate Remax and Susan for the excellent support during these several years of cooperation.
