Description of Work: Our two car garage door failed to work. Brian Gambale, Precision's Lead Technician, determined that the coils needed to be replaced and re-positioned in order to maximize support for the door. He replaced the coils, secured the support and tested the door quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work and have had no issues with the garage door since the repairs. Further, Brian was very professional, disposed of all unwanted parts and answered all my questions throughout the process. We are thankful to ANGIE'S LIST for having listed Precision Doors.

Description of Work: Came out to do the service advertised, service door and replace rollers to make it quieter. Unfortunately, door hd been run into with multiple dents and could not be serviced. Explained all the reasons why the door could not be serviced. Very professional with new door installation.

Description of Work: I have used this company in the past several years ago, various times with service to our remote garage door assemblies and was very please with all aspects of their service, although I threw away their contact information after speaking to the appointment setter today about a new job call. She was nice and professional enough quoting separate prices for parts and labor and asking if she could set an appointment for me and all, until, I said "no appointment yet thank you, but do you have a calculator right there?" She said "yes I do". I said "good, would you mind totaling that up for me?" She said, "I have one, but I can't add that up for you." I was so struck by that, I just said "ok, thank you for all your help and have a great day." I won't be calling them again, I think that was really silly, terrible customer service and absurd.

Description of Work: Signed up for a 'Big Deal' on Angies List. Company came out and performed garage door quieting service, and I can honestly say it made a difference. Technician was punctual and very professional. He even moved my sensors to the acceptable height above the ground, which I happened to mention to him that they were not. Definitely seemed like a very good company.
