It worked just fine. The reason I got the deal too was because the sensors were broken, so I thought I would pay this and then pay extra for the sensors. I knew I was going to pay more going in, but I needed to have things repaired. I thought I might as well get the deal and have the rollers replaced too. They were really good. I have used them in the past and that is why I used them again with the big deal. I think they do a good job. They get back to you right away, you don?t have to wait to be scheduled. They are prompt, efficient and they are courteous. Two gentlemen came and the job went really fast because there were two of them.

Technician was professional, prompt and did exactly what was asked of him. Service was provided, performance on door has greatly increased since the service was done.

We bought an Angie's List coupon for a garage door tune-up at $39. I was scheduled for Saturday, which I did not expect, but it fit into my schedule nicely. Nick was early, and that was appreciated. He was knowledgeable and quickly assessed the situation. He performed the tune-up and the garage door is definitely moving smoother and a little quieter. He was very professional and efficient. He advised me on new products since our garage door opener is older and before I knew it, I still had the rest of my Saturday to myself! Thanks Precision!

Precision Door did an initial inspection of the garage doors and walked me through all of the issues that were found and what the repair/replace options were. I ended up replacing the doors and getting a new door opener. The doors look great and the service was excellent.

Well. The tech was prompt, professional, and courteous to my grandparents who came by to let him in. He provided estimates for additional recommended services, including spring replacement. Slight dip in responsiveness: When we bought the offer, we were asked for times on the website, and that we'd be contacted. We had to call to schedule after not hearing from them for a time, but that was only a minor difficulty as they were prompt once we called them. 100% would do business with them again.

No or very little work was done. The price would have been good if work was done. He even tried to charge me an extra $39 even though I had the Deal. They are a large company but I think they are just in it to make money. The technician I had contact with was professional.

Justin not only replaced my door springs, but since I had previously switched to nylon rollers and didn't need them replaced IAW the Angie's List offer, he generously discounted the overall job by the price of my Angie's List service. That made it quite affordable to change out the door springs and I am completely happy with the job. My garage door opens and closes like brand-new!

My garage door springs broke on one side October 21st. I went to Angie's list and search for contractors. I choose three and began calling to get information. The first contractor could not come until Tuesday October 25. I proceed to the next contractor and when I called they already had my personal information from a previous visit and had someone out the next morning. Clint arrived and looked over problem and gave us all the information for us to decide to replace the entire garage door. He was very instrumental in aiding us to make the best choice. The door was installed on Wednesday Oct 26th and we are very happy about our decision to get the door and to do business with Precision Door Service.

No issues while purchasing the Deal on AL. Although i submitted my top 3 available dates during purchase (with email confirmation), i had to call the company to schedule the service, and even then the representative had to query the manager 3 times (couldn't find my account, couldn't find my address, had a hard time bringing up the technician's schedule). i specifically requested Garth while scheduling the service for consistency purposes, so i was surprised that Brian called me before showing up, which to his credit was earlier than the service window. the tune-up went as expected, though i had to ask if he encountered any issues or concerns. (Garth would've been proactive IMHO.) Brian noticed rust on some bolts and asked if we encountered any flooding, which we haven't (we live in a no-flood zone). upon my inspection, it appears that rain water seeped through the horizontal door seams, ran down the inside of the door and contacted the bolts, causing the rust issue. I had to propose this scenario, and Brian seemed surprise of its possibility. He was punctual, professional, and punctual. Another good member of the Precision team!

justin was very punctual (early, in fact). he did an overview of the garage door + hardware and went to work on the tune-up. service was efficient. he even caught an oversight not seen in previous service visits. and shannon had been very helpful in accommodating me into their schedule, even last-minute. thanks, everyone!

The install was seamless. The Technician was on time, thorough and the job was completed within a 1/2 hour. I got a great price via Angie's List.

I called in the late morning, they had a slot open so we set up an appointment for late in the day. 20 minutes later the technician calls, his 12:00 cancelled would I like to reschedule for this earlier time. Sure. I rush home, he's already there. We go in, he looks at the busted spring, not a problem, give me a minute to work up an estimate. He presents the estimate as Good-Better-Best. I can replace the springs, 1 yr warranty, at this cost. I can replace the springs and center bearing, 5 yr warranty, for this much more. I can replace the springs, drums, rollers, cables... lifetime warranty, for this much total. No upsell, no "If this was my garage door..." no "your muffler bearings are shot and really need to be replaced", no "I'm surprised it hasn't completely failed... I'd be afraid... it's just a matter of time..." Just a nice professional, this is what you need and what it will cost, this is what additional I can do if you want, this is what that gets you, this is what it will cost. We talked about replacing the opener, "Why" "because it is noisy" That can be because of the weak failing spring and worn parts, let me replace the hardware and we'll see how it sounds. If you still want to replace the opener we can talk. I watched him work, he was confident, efficient, obviously knew exactly what he was doing. At the end he lubed everything, including all the hinges even though they where not part of the replacements and even greased the track of the opener. As he suggested, with the new hardware and lubrication the door operation is now extremely smooth and quiet so no need for a new opener but if we do ever need one I know where to go.

Purchased a coupon for a garage door opener on Angie's List. Scheduled a date and time with Precision Door.. Had to bring an electrician in to install a circuit and outlet to bring power to the garage door opener first so called to reschedule Precision for a couple hours later in the day. They were quite accommodating in making the requested change. On the day of installation, we were returning from vacation and encountered a delay. I called Precision to see if they could slip the installation a couple of hours later again and they were most accommodating. Installer called ahead of arrival to let us know he was coming and arrived on time for the rescheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and professionally in completing the installation. He thoroughly tested the garage door opener, and provided full instruction on all the features and use. I highly recommend Precision Doors and would use them again if garage door service work was necessary.
