The whole experience went well.
Description of Work: The service provider came, showed up on time, he was very nice, he did a great job. He couldn’t fix the specific problem that I wanted fixed for the price that I was willing to spend, but he was able to explain to me exactly what it was. He was at least able to fix everything around it though to get my money’s worth. He was able to point out some other things, almost a half a dozen other adjustments, and did some good extra work.

Description of Work: Converted two garage doors (single and double) to a torsion spring system that comes with a lifetime guarantee on parts and can be repaired without replacing the entire unit. Precision arrives with fully stocked trucks and was done within 90 minutes. The doors have never been this quiet ...even our dogs can't hear them opening or closing now. Outstanding service!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up with rollers. Although it was performing, my garage door did not sound right in the opening/closing so I figured a tune-up would be useful. Shortly into the tune-up process, the Precision Door technician identified the need for spring replacement. He explained the mechanism, how it should work and why mine was inadequate and even dangerous. I was able to Google the info he provided before agreeing to the additional work and felt very comfortable with my decision. Additionally, the technician was able to apply support to a cracked panel versus identifying it for replacement. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: After evaluating all the garage door hardware, pullies and flashing-seals, it more economical to install a brand new garage door. Precision Door credited the invoice with the "Angie's Big Deal" purchase that I had already purchased and included a Military Discount on top of that. The Manufacturer and Precision Door's warranties were above what I expected. It took approximately 4 hrs to install the door, which was very reasonable and they worked with me on my time schedule instead of theirs.. Guaranteed a follow-up visit within two business weeks to make sure the door is operating properly. Thumbs up all the way around with Precision Door.
